We recently purchased through Storeys and honestly couldn’t fault them. From start to finish they were proactive, organised and completely on it. We were working to a tight timescale to preserve planning permission on our new home and the team moved quickly to help keep everything aligned. They even set up a WhatsApp group with all parties so everyone was on the same page and communication was instant. That made a massive difference and kept the whole process smooth. Nothing felt stressful, nothing got lost, and everything was handled professionally. Really appreciate the effort from Phil and the team, would absolutely recommend.

Just brilliant, and the best agents I have ever come across. I sold my house recently through Storeys - their expertise, marketing approach and communication is faultless. Their staff are all specialists at what they do, but they work seamlessly across the team, and there is always someone on the end of the What's App group message to help and re-assure. Massive thanks to Laura, our sales progressor, who literally kept everyone in the chain going and informed, and worked tirelessly and negotiated relentlessly with all parties to get the chain of 4 to completion. There are many agencies out there who say they can sell your biggest asset , but I am so pleased I chose Storeys, and can't recommend them highly enough.

Recently completed on a house that storeys were marketing. Honestly - at several points it actually felt like they were working for us rather than their sellers. Every team member we interacted with was polite professional and knowledgeable. The what's app group with the entire storys team included was a really useful method of communicating and such an easy way to ask questions and always received really quick responses. Michelle was an absolute star throughout and instrumental in getting things over the line after a roller coaster 6 month conveyancing process. Cannot recommend their service enough. 10 out of 10.

We recently purchased a house marketed by Storeys and simply must share our experience. Storeys must be leaders in the Cheshire housing market. They know how to sell houses and our dealings with them made the whole experience incredibly special and rather exclusive. Ian and his team kept in touch constantly and we felt that we were in extremely safe hands. Although we were not their clients we felt that Storeys worked harder for us than our own estate agents. Buying and selling isn’t easy and can be an emotional rollercoaster but fear not as their sales progression arm is pure dynamite. Ian is completely dedicated to this business as is the team behind him and we fully benefitted from the excellent professional and caring service provided. The bottom of our chain constantly threw curve balls and Michelle, the Sales Progressor worked so incredibly hard for us to get our sale through, we really felt as though she was acting only for us. We found that when looking at property on rightmove, Storeys listings were the best listing: information, pictures and the video is so super helpful! If we liked a property we were always then scrolling down hoping it was a Storeys listing! We delt with a couple of Estate agents around our chosen area (Hartford). Some were really quite poor, but even though we found it quite difficult to initially get hold of anyone at Storeys to book a viewing / put offer in, the after sale team... wow, the support has been phenomenal. They checked in with us weekly, helped us out I don't know how many times with communication with solicitors etc. We were truly shocked how fantastic Storeys are considering our experience prior. Now we're in our home and we even got a lovely hamper with actually good products inside! Storeys thank you very much for the help and support throughout this process with yourselves. The best estate agents we’ve ever experienced. From the first interaction to the courtesy call 2 weeks after completion the service was faultless. We sold our home and purchased our new property through Storeys - so we experienced their service and expertise from both sides. They work hard for their fee and they are worth it. We had a complicated experience - many houses fell through (nothing to do with Storeys) and they supported us and our buyers throughout - I’m not sure another agent could have secured the same buyer for nearly 12 months! When our previous attempted purchases fell through, they worked for us to see if they could find a home that fitted what we were looking for - and they did. They understood our needs and navigated our ongoing purchase seamlessly. There was never any doubt in my mind who I was going to ask to market our house when we were thinking of selling and downsizing. Having met Ian when we were looking to purchase a property a few years ago I soon realised that his approach was very different to the usual estate agent. Storeys we're amazing from start to finish, after 3 months on the market with a different agent without a single viewing the Storeys team stepped in and wow, the marketing and coming soon feature drummed up a lot of interest. The photos and videos were first class and the design team also offered excellent advice to get the house show home ready, with some lovely asthetic and creative ideas to really show off the house. With the interest generated we had 3 firm offers from the first 4 viewings. The negotiations began and Storeys again were faultless needless to say got us the best price possible. The after sales were also a breath of fresh air chasing all solicitors in the chain on our behalf and giving regular updates in real time. We cant thank the team at Storeys enough for an outstanding service. Yes they are a little more expensive than the other agents but for us they were worth every penny.
