They did a phenomenal job handling both the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new one and the level of care, professionalism, and expertise they showed throughout the entire process truly set them apart. Selling and buying at the same time can be incredibly stressful, but Storeys made the whole experience feel calm, organised, and well managed (despite both transactions having their many challenges along the way). I cannot recommend this company enough, and if in the future, we were to sell, then Storeys would be the estate agent we would use for sure. From the very beginning, it was clear that Storeys of Cheshire were different from any other estate agent we'd used. Their energy, vision and attention to detail were exceptional from day one. The whole process, from the initial valuation through to completion, was outstanding. Their in-house designer transformed our home for marketing, and the copywriter captured its character perfectly. The photography and videography day was incredible, they even showcased our outdoor space with a live cooking demonstration, which really brought it to life. The finished photos and videos exceeded all our expectations. The viewing process was completely seamless, with excellent communication throughout. We always knew what was happening and felt supported every step of the way. Once we accepted an offer, the aftersales team were just as impressive. Very poor service, actively in the market to sell potentially multiple property and seems like they can’t be bothered, was told ‘looks like we don’t have the right buyers for your home’ although I’m sure the majorly of buyers come from listing the property through Rightmove etc so not sure how they know in advance people won’t be interested, may be a one off as I can see many have had a great service however I won’t be recommending.

I contacted Storeys late November last year after viewing a property I liked. My own home wasn’t even on the market at that point but from the moment I agreed to sell with Storeys early December, with a view to securing this other property, their well oiled machine sprung into action and they got all the marketing for my property completed the day before Christmas break! I was immediately placed into a private WhatsApp group which had all the team in and everyday I was notified what was happening from photographs to videos and staging to copy. They worked cohesively and professionally and it really was a dream experience. The marketing was spot on, the brochure was beautiful and when we went live early January, they had multiple viewings lined up within 2 days for the open day. Ian handled all the negotiations and was able to secure a great price that meant I could do everything I wanted to do at the new property and more. This was the first home that I was emotionally attached to and I loved everything about it. It therefore, took me a long time to decide it was time to move but when I did, I was extremely proactive and this was matched with the team’s energy and enthusiasm. I’ve no doubt this combination contributed greatly to a very quick sale and overall, a quick completion of 3 months. Thank you to everybody I had the pleasure of dealing with from start to finish. Storeys offer a premium service and it’s all those extra touches that make you feel like you are not just a number but a valued client, irrespective of whether your home is worth £100,000 or £1,000,000. We bought our house through Storeys (we listed ours through another agent) and the buying process was so controlled from start to finish we couldn’t fault the communication or service. They were friendly and helpful when we came to view, answered or got answers for all of our questions and helped us chase everything up along the way to keep the chain moving. Completion day was amazing and we were met at our new home with a welcome pack and a friendly face which went so far to make us feel relaxed on such a stressful day. We’ve got no intention to move again anytime soon but would definitely call Storeys if we did and I would recommend them without hesitation based on how they worked with us through our vendors. We chose Storeys to market our home down to their presentation and commitment to showcase your property in the best possible way. The fee they charge is more expensive than others which we were quoted but in a strong believer you get what you pay for and they delivered across everything and their team is superb at advising at each process, it also makes a huge difference to the person that will be showing potential buyers your home and we had John who was an absolute gentlemen and a pleasure to get to know. Storeys achieved us 4% over asking so when you factor that in to an extra 1% in fees it is well worth it. The video presentation and pictures are a class above the rest of the market. Selling your house can be quite a stressful experience. Choosing the right estate agent is important and because of the professional photographs and type of house on Storeys of Cheshire website we decided to go with them. The market has changed from how it was last year due to financial uncertainty and the Winter is never a good time to show your house in its best light if your garden is a major component but we decided to do just that!. Phil came to see us the teams negotiator and straight away we took to him and knew we were in safe hands. Phil would not just negotiate the sale of our house but also the house we would eventually buy. Phil negotiates from a professional aspect and not with his heart as so many of us would do. From then on everything was taken out of our hands. Ian brought staff in who staged our home even moving furniture around in order to get the best photographs of the house and garden, he even hoovered up afterwards!! One of the lovely things about Storeys is the personal touch. Team storeys have a WhatsApp group so at any time of the day or night you can post a question and know you will get an answer back from the relevant member of the team. The team care very much about their clients, we have received so many personal messages of support and help. They have gone above and beyond for us and we cannot praise them enough. We got married very recently and the team sent us a lovely card along with a very personal gift which will take pride of place in our new home. All the staff have been amazing and so helpful we are delighted we chose them. We are regularly kept informed of progress and the team work with us, taking into account our wishes and being respectful of what works for us regarding viewings especially. We feel we are more than just clients, we know we are being looked after because every member of the team is passionate about what they do and it shows. We recently sold our house through Storeys and they were nothing short of exceptional. Their attention to detail is second to none with everything professionally done and to such a high quality. The whole team were amazing and felt like a second family during the process of our sale. Ian is professional, knowledgeable and dedicated and Ade was fantastic in arranging and coordinating viewings and keeping us updated every step of the way. When it comes to chasing solicitors and other estate agents in the chain, this is a further area where Storey's truly excel and completely justified their commission in our eyes. They appointed a sales progressor Michelle. Michelle was truly fantastic, she worked tirelessly to help our sale progress. She went above and beyond, even arranging a new removals company for us when the completion date changed at the last minute.  All throughout, there was never an unanswered call or message. Michelle's hard work took a massive stress off our shoulders. This was great as we were expecting our second child around the same time as our move. We really loved Storeys ethos, they provided other lovely little touches such as the use of their complimentary van, commissioning a local artist to gift us a picture of our old house to treasure the memories we made there and even sending a collection of gifts to celebrate the arrival of our new baby. Our experience selling our house was the most stressful lengthy experience ever but we couldn’t have done it without Storeys. From the first meeting with Ian I knew I wanted to sell with them. The confidence Ian gave me that this house would sell was exactly what we needed and I’ll always remember asking how quick it would sell and being the impatient person I am , the reply of three weeks made me confident but when it was sold in two and half , I was so happy!! Yes the fees were slightly higher than other agents in the area but was definitely worth it.
