GoogleInstructed to look after the sale of a property on behalf of a Charitable Trust. Totally professional approach, very easy and friendly to deal with. The whole process was managed in a very efficient way and the communications were first class. The trustees knew on a very regular basis what, where, how, things were progressing with the sale. We sold via a 'Sealed Bid' option, which was one of several that were discussed in the initial meetings. All the viewings, enquiries, bid close, etc etc. were really well controlled. For the potentially stressful experience of a property sale, we were relaxed by how well the process progressed to the completion. We can even say that the trustees actually enjoyed working with the Jackson-Stops team at Alderley Edge. Thank you! Regards AGL

I would like to commend Margaret Heath, Senior Property Manager, who for 25 years has looked after my flat in Wimbledon which has always been rented out through Jackson-Stops. Over the many years it has always been a pleasure to speak to Margaret who is very helpful and pleasant and has a great deal of experience and knowledge of matters relating to property repairs and maintenance. I rarely get involved with running the flat as Margaret does the job so well and I know the flat is in good hands which is fortunate because I currently live far away. Margaret was instrumental in arranging occasional major works such as a full renovation, redecorations and a boiler installation. I am grateful to Jackson-Stops and especially Margaret Heath for making property rental a rather trouble free experience for me.Andrew Medwid

Jackson Stops (and it’s predecessor) has been managing our rental property for 40 years. Margaret Heath has been there almost all that time as our property manager. As we live overseas it is essential that we have reliable, efficient and comprehensive oversight of our property. Margaret has provided excellent service. She responds quickly to queries, keeps a close eye on the property and establishes a good rapport with tenants. She is an asset to the company and deserves the highest regard.

Margaret Heath of Jackson Stops Wimbledon's Property Management team is the best property manager I have ever come across. She is brilliant and it is why have been a landlord client of that office for many year's. I was introduced to her and the team by a local well known competitor who openly acknowledged that Margaret was much better than their own inhouse team. How right they were. We bought our home in Dullingham via Jackson-Stops 5 years ago. They were so professional and a pleasure to work with then, that when we decided to sell it earlier this year we had no hesitation in using them again. From the moment they took our instruction they were first class in keeping us informed, not just from what was going on, but also liaising with our buyers, our solicitors and our purchase in keeping everyone on the same page. Every time we phoned up, no matter who we spoke to, everyone always knew everything about our file. I would, however, like to say a special mention to Samantha, who not only went out of her way to make sure that everything went through as smoothly and stress-free as possible, even on her days off, but the fact that she took time out in looking after us. She was always available if ever we needed help with anything, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Unfortunately though, since we've sold, I do miss our morning update chats on the way to work! Thank you for making it happen.

My property was not the easiest to sell and we had the occasional hiccup along the way, but the team showed great tenacity, patience and most of all a lot of experience and professionalism. I wouldn’t normally single people out as so much goes on behind the scenes, but I would like to praise Jay for his courtesy, timeliness and ever present smile with the viewings; and Shari for her determination , energy and expertise in balancing the needs of solicitors, purchasers and seller , she is an absolute gem !

I could not have managed to purchase my home in Newmarket if it wasn't for Lottie at the Newmarket high street location. She did more than what was asked of her and she was very responsive on her emails. With the help of my cousins and Lottie I purchased the property site unseen. Something I have never done. When I arrived I met up with Lottie in person and met the team at Jackson-Stops and they are a great bunch of people. Sam was lovely and came out to the site to show me around. GoogleWe have used Jackson- Stops twice now to sell our houses. The team are experts, with each member having a specialist role and in depth knowledge. Marketing is superb, from start to finish. Attention to detail in comprehensive brochures with wonderful photography. It’s never a case of just putting our property on line and sitting back. Staff are pro - active and communicate well with the seller, even after office hours. Shari Royle went the extra mile for us. She is a problem solver as well as Cheshires very best sales women. ( great negotiating skills!) Shari kept our buyers on track during some difficult months. She is calm when things need resolving and has a professional yet warm and friendly manner. GoogleOur family have used Jackson Stops to purchase two houses recently - one for us and our son also bought through them, and have been totally impressed with their service. We have had dealings with a number of people in the agency but in particular must give a shout out to Jay who is just brilliant. He is so engaging and listens to the client needs/wishes list for a property and works really hard to find the perfect home. He is enthusiastic, charming and makes viewing stress free. If you are looking for a house call them and ask for Jay. Also wonderful are Shari who works hard at pushing sales and purchases through by professionally liaising with solicitors and clients to make sure all the right boxes are ticked. And of course, lovely Crispin, who worked really hard getting the deal over the line and some final paperwork through for one of our house purchases. He knows his vendors well and is a trusted and locally well respected agent. Can’t recommend Jackson Stops enough.

We had two great viewings of a property with Tracy from the Jackson Stops Woburn office. Although we decided not to proceed with this particular house, Tracy was superb in showing us around the property and made it a very enjoyable experience; patient, knowledgeable and fun. Unlike other agents we had experience with, Karl made himself available to us to answer any queries at any time .Nothing was too much trouble and we felt entirely comfortable every step of the way.
