Don’t really understand what they do. They only did half a day of viewings, refused to accept any more viewings unless I did them (well what am I paying you for) . They didn’t keep my buyers informed with what was going on. Asked them to do simple things for me, like passing a message onto my buyers, which they didn’t do, and yet try to charge an arm and a leg for not doing a great deal. Safe to say I regret going with them

SIMPLY INCREDIBLE services! Bridgfords is no doubt one of the best property letting agency in UK and it is because of their representatives like Greg Snow. He helped me in getting an apartment on a very short notice and didn't mind going an extra mile in ensuring that all my requirements, even after moving into the apartment, are taken care of. He is courteous, humble and is very enthusiastic about his job, a trait which is so rare in today's world! Most of all, he is a great human being. Absolutely terrible experience. I have many properties and have dealt with estate agents for a long time. I instructed the Macclesfield branch and told them I was registered with DPS and would deal with the deposit and sent them my details. They blatantly ignored my instructions and registered the deposit in their scheme and then after 3 months of dispute finally transferred it to me only after I had to register it in my scheme without actually having received it!!!!!!! Despicable con merchants. I’ve heard some agents hold deposits and use them to invest. I was told by the pathetic salesman that the deposit did not belong to me. Well it certainly did not belong to Bridgefords as it was a bond on my property Never again!!!!
