Good afternoon and thank you for your review. We would like to point out that you did not send us a document proving your identity. Unfortunately, as we mentioned in our emails to you, we cannot accept a shipping label as proof of identification or proof of address. You advised us that you didn't have a single bill or proof of identification for the name and address you had registered online, which for a business trying to conform to strict policies for fraud prevention, this does throw up some red flags for us. As you also have no bidding history with us, we were forced to decline you for bidding with us until you can provide us with the correct and valid information.

GoogleWent here for the first time a couple of weeks ago. The sale was great fun! Quite a relaxed atmosphere which was nice and some lovely items for sale. The staff were really helpful and sorted me out with a bidders number in no time at all. I also managed to come home with a few things, which was brilliant! I will definitely be returning.

GoogleAlways has a great selection of items plus you get Adam with his jolly approach to auctioneering. I would highly recommend a visit. Easy parking. If your buying online check with mailbox or courier in the area for postage costs before bidding. John 3:15-17 😊

GoogleHave been attending online auction recently, winning and buying, all went smoothly, including invoicing and payment, which is not always the case when attending virtual sales. Even collection and delivery arranged by auction house and done by 3rd party was hassle free. Now, EU customs troubles are another story :)

In general a good auction house with good descriptions and reasonable prices.I would have given 5 stars but for the prolonged postage times. This is the longest ive waited for postage from any auction room. If they improve this i wont be able to fault them.

Adam Partridge auctions are only interested in making money for themselves, they are a complete rip-off. Don't trust them to sell your antiques. You will be sorry. Their commission and fees will soak up whatever you expect from the original valuations.
