Brown and Merry helped me from the beginning of my sale to the completion. Martin, Justin, Allan and Charlotte answered all my queries, helped me with my papers, updates over the phone and regular emails, going to them in person. All sales advisors were helpful and polite.

MK branch has constantly facilitated a service which borderline harassed me on my way out, poor communication, a complete inability to take any information down, and refused to give me correct information such as the inventory from when I moved in.Zero control over their awful landlords either!

Very poor, pushed into an ealier move date when there was no oven, zero communication, sent wrong tenancy agreement, only getting the correct one a day before the move (copy and paste really, which when questioned told it can't be changed take this email as confromation that's ok). No commutation after moving in.

I rented a house via Brown & Merry / Sequence UK for a year. During the tenancy nothing was repaired and the I was chasing deposit return for over a month! This company really don't give a s**t about their customers once they have your money!

GoogleThis company is job only cheat people ,i rent it flat from them i had lots of problem from them after you sign contract and give your money they wont help you for anthing. i tried to get my deposit nearly 3 month my lanlord is confirm everything, still they dont want give my deposit back to me

GoogleNightmare. The guy whom I dealt with initially unfortunately left. Over a year and they managed not to sell my house, they are rude and unhelpful.

Sophie might be young but she could sell snow to the Eskimos! Always got me new tenants within days, often with a choice! Nicole too has always been extremely efficient. Both put an awful lot of enthusiasm into their work. The best letting agents that I have used.

Recently called up and inquired about a property that they had available and i felt like they did not have much conversation and that i was leading the conversation. I would of liked a bit more of a call lead and more of a conversation as it felt like i was filling out a questionnaire.

Extremely unprofessional behaviour.. the employee Nicole literally shouts over the phone and her tone is so rude, you have to chase around for months to get an appointment for repairs..
