Hi there, I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Victoria & Tracey for last week. We needed an affordability check so we could reserve a property and i was pretty frantic and went into complete panic as there was only one home available to reserve. I was also at my son’s birthday party and trying to make all the calls. Victoria and Tracey were so so so so understanding and patient with me and I can’t tell you how grateful I am. I know it was only to reserve a property and there’s still a long way to go but they way you reassured me so I could leave it in your hands meaning I could be present at my sons party meant everything. This is the 2nd time using IMS to remortgage our flat and 3rd time overall, and I'm always super impressed with the professonalism and kindness given during what was a stressful time as we'd left it a bit later than we should have and unfortuately ended up having to pay one month at variable, at no fault of the IMS team. Jade was an absolute star and kept us updated and would constantly help us chase the mortgage lenders for a completion of change and we will definitely be using their expertise when we start our moving process in a few years time!

We contacted Michelle because of recommendations on the local area FB pages. - all of which are true. Michelle is extremely knowledgable, clear and concise with the advice she provides. The markets are difficult for my wife and I to grasp (except some basics) and so it was good to hear it set out so simply. I also liked that Michelle had access to all the most up to date deals right in front of us so that we could see what was best for us, rather than just being told what we should do. Amazing service provided by Michelle Niziol at IMS. It has been a difficult time given the interest rates increase and I have been quite worried about my mortgage renewal. Michelle provided honest and helpful advice which reassured me and put my mind at ease and provisionally locked in a deal which best suited my needs. Michelle booked in a follow up call for a few months time to review the interest rates again before my mortgage renewal kicks in, just to ensure she gets me the very best rates/deal possible and she has kept me updated every step of the way. Michelle’s professionalism is second to none and I will definitely be back in the future rather than going to the lender direct as it’s such a more personable and reassuring experience. Michelle and her team have made, what we thought was impossible, a dream come true. We starting looking at becoming home owners as we needed more space than our rented property could offer us for our growing family.
