5 years ago we sold our house through IMS and found a mortgage to enable our next move. All in the midst of COVID. As our fixed rate came to an end Michelle was in touch to reassure us on the process, align a call with the optimum time to review the options, 20 mins chat later the application is in, 5 hours later the offer was in our in box.
