Claire helped a lot during the reference process which was very stressful for us .Thank you for that .
Carly gave us all information when we have check in.As a welcome pack she gave to us little shopping bag with agency logo and key ring.

GoogleTerrible company. Money grabbers. They do little in exchange for what they get and the seller seems to do most of the work. I asked that people viewing my property removed their shoes as I have cream coloured carpets. This didn't seem unreasonable to me considering you have to put covers on your shoes when viewing a new build. I was made to feel my request was unreasonable. Overall, I'm afraid there's nothing really positive I can say about my experience with them.

We are surprised to read your review. Looking back on our records we cannot locate your details at all in order to cross check our file notes, for which we have for each property and client.
Noting your comments regarding the removal of shoes during appointments. We always appreciate the property we are selling is a home, so it is a surprise to learn of your comment. All staff have access to shoe covers if clients are unable to remove footwear during an appointment, always courteous to our clients requests.
Understanding and navigating the sales process can be a stressful one, we have dedicated members of staff assigned to clients with this. Set in place to assist with the progression of a sale to a positive outcome, we find this is gratefully received by clients.
