I cannot recommend Moon&Co enough! From start to finish the whole process was as stress free as it can be when buying a house! Me and my Partner were first time buyers, newish to the area and had a few viewings lined up. Bridget advised us that a new property had come to the market and got us booked in promptly to view on the same date as all the others … we ended up buying this property so we are grateful for Moon&Co keeping an eye out for us. As for sales progression Marilyn made it so stress free from start to finish and we felt so looked after throughout the whole process. Working in the estate agency industry myself I have experienced my fair share of estate agents but I can hands down say that Moon&Co are fantastic in every respect. I recently sold and brought a house with Moon and Co. They found a buyer very quickly and all viewings went smoothly. The house I was originally trying to purchase didn't happen but they found a house for me that was perfect. There were time restrictions on the exchange of contracts but Alison from Moon & Co chased all parties and managed to get it all through and we exchanged contracts on time. A great service from start to finish.

A first class service from start to finish. A common sense approach to valuation and house marketed in swift fashion. The staff were all exceptional, making me feel that nothing was too problematic; no matter how big or small. The staff never failed on a call back and neither did they leave me waiting at the most stressful points. I sold an average priced house but I was treated like my house was worth an enormous amount in commission. I had a horrible process which took over a year to complete but they stuck with it and took away all the pressures and stress. Moon and Co. are without a doubt the best I’ve ever used; by a distance. If you’re selling your home use them! Thank you to everyone in the team. Especially Allison.

I had to leave a review as the service we recieved From Alison at Moon and was just exceptional. Alison went above and beyond to help us. When we struggled to get help from our own agent and solicitor, Alison would be there With a friendly ear to help and guidance us. Then when we completed we recieved a wonder home move box full of goodies, we though this was such a thoughtful touch. We sold our property through moon and co and had abit of bad luck with buyers along the way, however moon and co quickly got our property back on the market straight away and got us a buyer very soon after it previously fell through. The pictures they took were great and even did a video tour which helped us Get a lot of interest. In particular Marilyn was fantastic throughout the process and would regularly chase solicitors and would give me a call at the end of each week to reassure me things were going through as they should be. Whilst we had abit of bad luck with buyers pulling out this wasn’t the fault of moon and co and they helped to get things moving as soon as possible and kept communication going throughout.

My wife and I recently sold our house through Moon & Co and are just waiting for a date to complete. Throughout the whole process M&C have been wonderful and I really cannot fault them with any aspect of their service. They got us the asking price within a week of our house going on the market, despite all the additional problems you can imagine they would have had dealing with Covid-19 restrictions. Since then we have had regular contact with the admin team to arrange surveys etc and each time they call I get a very friendly person on the other end of the phone. In particular Alison has been a delight to chat with. One of the worst letting agencies what i was deal with, 0 knowledge about how to interact with customers, disrespectful on the phone, makes you to feel like nobody, not seriousness, I was looking to do an appointments to view few houses, done the online request for appointments, nobody call me back, i was told also a 2 bed house (2 double bedrooms) is not suitable for 2 persons ( me and my brother) for other property they told me they will call me back, after when they will check if we can view that property, no call back !!!! One week later I've done a list with 9 appointments so plan to go on Bristol to chose a property to rent, and I say to give a shot again for one of the house what I was applying the week before with no replay back from the agency, and today told me is a waiting list now for this property, and if till thursday will still be available then they can contact me, so the "nice" lady, I think Claire is her name , when I told her to remove my details for them data base she not waiting for me what i have to say and she hang up....disrespectful, disappointed and I will say also because my nationality.
