A researched a couple of properties and requested a viewing I also stated my circumstances moving day and price availability.. With that I have received a generic email requests in the information I had already sent realize that my original message hadn't been acknowledged correctly I contacted BPC to request a callback to discuss the options I spoke to an individual by the name of Paris who told me to fill out the emails when I stated that I did not want to fill out the emails and I would like to speak to an agent she stated that the agent wasn't available and she was not going to arrange a call because she did not like the way I came across on the phone I asked if the call was recorded She responded no and disconnected the line I wasn't rude nor was my tone off I made a simple request I've only just started looking for a property but this is by far the worst interaction I've had.. I've also come to realise the individual in question is also the manager of BPC this individual was unable to give me any information regarding the property or able to arrange a call back for one of her colleagues from what I could tell she was more concerned with going on her lunch and I will be making this into a formal complaint

GoogleGreat service by the whole team. Oliver is great and super flexible with viewings and second viewings. He always tries his best to find a time that works for everyone. He asked the right questions and recommended the right property based on what I wanted. Rachel is full of knowledge and if she doesn't have the answer, she'll find it which is great. Rachel was quick and proactive and chasing solicitors and giving me updates throughout the process. Buying a property can be stressful, but The Property Centre in Cheltenham worked together like a well oiled machine to deliver a very enjoyable and quick service. Thank you all for your hard work - 100% recommend.
