GoogleVery unprofessional, if your going to lye about a sale, you need to to tell all the staff in the office the lye as when they say a different story and you tell them what Maurice has said, they do not know how to respond. I had a been told by these agents that I had secured a property, even have the voice msg to then be told hours later, another buyer now has the property for a higher price, but the sold price on Zoopla which is available now, is actually less, so obviously something dodgy going on. Even on the viewing of the property I was told by Pinocchio Maurice I have to follow you everywhere as you may steal something, it was safe for an asbethos garage roof to just be removed by myself not a licensed firmed- worrying advise, some family stories which I really would not be sharing, I could go on with my experience and I am sure they will respond with an interesting response? even though they do not care about how they acted but I hope this is read by customers and just watch out for this firms actions, I had even spoken to several other estate agents about my experience and some where shocked but some had heard similar complaints about this firm too.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleThese guys are absolutely awesome!! We were tenants with them 10 years ago and they were brilliant. And now they have helped us to get our house on to the rental market and have found us tenants within days!! Great people and great service.

GoogleI recently used Read Maurice to sell my house in Cheltenham and they were brilliant. From visiting the property and giving helpful guidence through to listing the sale particulars online and showing people round they were polite, professional, friendly and easily contactable. They found a buyer for the house in 2 days... that is impressive! Folllowing through on the sale process, dealing with the buyer, solicitors etc. they helped make the process smooth and pain free. I would recommend them highly, great company, fantastic people.

GoogleWas only when I received my Christmas card from Read Maurice (especially thoughtful as I bought my apartment in May!) that I remembered I hadn't provided a review! I wanted to, because every aspect of my experience with Read Maurice was positive. They were patient, they listened, they helped over and above what would normally be expected of an estate agent, and especially given that my experience of just about every other estate agent was pretty-much the opposite, working with Read Maurice was a genuine pleasure. I think perhaps the biggest thing for me is that they manage that rare trick of providing a very high-quality service - where you really feel like you're engaged in a process that is somewhat more sophisticated than the norm - combined with the feeling that they're like 'friends next door' who have your best interests at heart, can have a laugh and who you can call pretty-much any time for advice. I think right from the start you know that they're 'on your side', and that sort of reassuring experience is invaluable. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Read Maurice and wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services. Thanks all!

GoogleBuying/Selling a house is an experience often associated with stress, frustration, worry & upset. However with Read Maurice I felt none of those feelings. GoogleI rent a property from read Maurice and it was so badly prepared that I had to constantly take time of work to have repairmen come in. Very inconvenient and could have been avoided if they were more professional and prepared.
