GoogleI’m currently a tenant renting through Read Maurice and I’ve been very impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness of the team. The initial viewing of the property was handled professionally, especially during the current COVID environment, and the signing process was clear and efficient. On move in day the property had evidently been cleaned making this a much more pleasant experience. Any queries we’ve had since with the property have been sorted quickly, even at the weekend, which is much appreciated.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
Delighted to hear that you have been pleased with our Management Team Robert we will pass on your 5* Review to them.

GoogleMy wife and I found a property on rightmove last year which was listed with Read Maurice so we got in touch. This was our first mortgage and had heard all the horror stories about the mortgage process but from day 1 we never received anything but honest information and accurate updates from RM, we liaised with Chloe throughout who was an excellent single point of contact and helped us at every step of the way making the whole experience very easy and fairly effortless. We highly recommend them so if you’re looking to get on to the market or looking at moving I know you’ll be in safe hands if you go through the Read Maurice team.

GoogleTook them 8 hours to send my offer to the seller and in that time the seller accepted a lower offer than what I put forward! the lady didn't call me back for the bad news, this chap called me instead and gave me every excuse saying my first offer was too low that's why they didn't want to do business with me (even though my offer was higher!) - he was trying to hide the fact they never bothered to put my offer forward because they didn't want to tell the seller I offered a higher price because they we way to late as the seller already agreed with the other buyer. very unprofessional and I lost a house because of these guys not putting my offer forward quick enough, I will never use them again nor will I recommend!
