We specialise in the buying, selling and letting of properties in and around the town of Cheltenham and have been providing advice, guidance and support to our valued customers since 2004 Since opening in Cheltenham we have worked hard to build a market leading business based on recommendations from landlords, tenants and vendors. We are a family-run agency with a town centre presence - our office is located on Rodney Road just a two minute walk from Cheltenham's busy high street. Local business owner David Lynall and his committed team continue to be the agent of choice in the Cheltenham area. All of our properties are offered a Matterport 3D virtual tour at no extra cost which enhances the customer experience and raises the bar high when it comes to the marketing of your property. The firm prides itself on tailored and responsible tenant choice as well as careful and cost effective property management. In 2015, we branched into Estate Agency and now have a thriving and successful sales department led by seasoned Cheltenham expert Karl Turner. Karl is without doubt one of the most knowledgeable agents in the town with over 20 years’ experience of selling and letting property in and around Cheltenham. As well as providing a first class service, we always stay on top of the ever changing letting & sales legislation. Martin & Co Cheltenham is a member of Safe Agent (Formerly NALS), we are registered with The Property Ombudsman and we have Client Money Protection insurance so you know your money is safe with us. If you have a property to rent or a property to sell, we have clients waiting and would be delighted to hear from you.

GoogleI would have no hesitation in recommending Martin & Co for lettings or sales. I will continue to use them in the future. I have been renting my properties with Martin & Co for a few years now and sold a property via them more recently. In my business, I work with several letting/sales agents and can honestly say they are by far the best. They have excellent processes in place for every part if the business. The quality of the tenants I have had has been excellent and the management of the property itself is seamless. I often forget i have them! On selling my house, it was the personal service that stood out. From the start, the property was marketed very well and to the correct buyer. Unlike some of the larger agencies, I felt they were realistic, honest and really focused on selling my property. My house sold within a week of them having it at the full selling price.

GoogleWe have used Martin & Co Chelt. ever since they started up and now have 3 properties with them. They have provided excellent service in finding and managing our tenants and all aspects of property maintenance and improvements - from small odd-jobs to full kitchen and bathroom re-fits. We used them to vet our 2nd investment before purchase and their Sales team recommended the property that became our 3rd investment. We always recommend them to anyone we know who is looking at renting out their property.

FacebookAntony & Dave Lynall along with the team at Martin & Co Cheltenham are the epitomy of professionalism. I have the upmost confidence in them managing & advicing on my modest property investment. As a beginner in this area they have led me through the process to ensure I have maximised the full potential of my investment. Equally important to me, it seems that they treat their tenants equally as well & fairly, giving us a win - win situation all round.

FacebookWe came to Martin and co over five years ago when a one man band letting agency tried to run off with some overdue rent and Antony helped us to switch the property over to Martin and co, thus saving the tenants deposit and us a lot of money just before he went bust. Since then they have managed several other properties for us in a very professional and ethical manner. Any problems ( that seem to go with the territory !) are dealt with swiftly and I have no problem in recommending them to any prospective landlord looking for a trouble free letting agent.
