We specialise in the buying, selling and letting of properties in and around the town of Cheltenham and have been providing advice, guidance and support to our valued customers since 2004 Since opening in Cheltenham we have worked hard to build a market leading business based on recommendations from landlords, tenants and vendors. We are a family-run agency with a town centre presence - our office is located on Rodney Road just a two minute walk from Cheltenham's busy high street. Local business owner David Lynall and his committed team continue to be the agent of choice in the Cheltenham area. All of our properties are offered a Matterport 3D virtual tour at no extra cost which enhances the customer experience and raises the bar high when it comes to the marketing of your property. The firm prides itself on tailored and responsible tenant choice as well as careful and cost effective property management. In 2015, we branched into Estate Agency and now have a thriving and successful sales department led by seasoned Cheltenham expert Karl Turner. Karl is without doubt one of the most knowledgeable agents in the town with over 20 years’ experience of selling and letting property in and around Cheltenham. As well as providing a first class service, we always stay on top of the ever changing letting & sales legislation. Martin & Co Cheltenham is a member of Safe Agent (Formerly NALS), we are registered with The Property Ombudsman and we have Client Money Protection insurance so you know your money is safe with us. If you have a property to rent or a property to sell, we have clients waiting and would be delighted to hear from you.

GoogleI switched to Martin & Co after a drawn out and disappointing experience selling property with a different estate agent in the area. David was excellent throughout - professional, friendly, helpful and always on the same page as me when it came to the sale. Highly recommended.

GoogleWe rented a property through Martin&Co for about 2 years. Throughout this period this amazing team was always there for us, very quick in replying to our emails or phone calls, any issues with the property were booked for fixing in a very short period. For the people working here and their managers: thank you and it's been a pleasure!
Thank you Nicoleta for your great review. It has been a pleasure having you as tenants and we wish you all the best in your new home

GoogleOutstanding service from start to finish. Excellent market knowledge. Our property was valued, professionally photographed and on the market within 48 hours and had a viewing booked the very next day. Detailed feedback was given from all viewings. We would highly recommend David Pike and Martin and Co and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for any future sales.
Many Thanks Oliver, appreciate your positive feedback

GoogleWe wish to thank and pay tribute to the whole team for all the relentless support over the last seven years! We’ve been continually impressed by the professionalism and integrity of everyone we’ve had dealings with. We are only saddened by the fact that with the sale of the flat we cut our ties with you all! We can’t recommend Martin and Co more highly and will definitely be in touch as soon as we know when we’re moving back to the area.
Thank you for your kind words Chris - it has been great working with you and look forward to connecting again in the future

GoogleI have used Martin & Co for a number of years now for all our properties and they have always placed great tenants and coupled with a great service from Antony, David and Rose I wont need to look any further. The rates are reasonable and as far as I know they are the only agent around that DO NOT profit from the trades people they send to your property. Thank you for your great work. Keep it up!

GoogleRight from the outset of valuing our property, Martin & Co were brilliant to deal with. They produced a professional brochure and online tour of the property and made sure it was widely marketed - resulting in a quick sale. Despite complications during the conveyancing process, Martin & Co were professional throughout and went well beyond their remit to help us achieve the sale. I cannot recommend them enough.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleThe whole team at Martin & Co have been amazing throughout my tenancy process. They are always quick to answer questions and their service is extremely professional. I have needed a couple of things doing to the property I rent (through no fault or doing of Martin & Co) and the process and timeframe for getting them rectified has been quick, efficient and very thorough. I could not recommend Martin & Co any higher and given previous rental experiences, I would not choose to go with anyone other than Martin & Co in Cheltenham.
Thank you for the positive feedback Pete, much appreciated.

GoogleI've been renting with Martin & Co now nearly 6 years and thought it about time I thanked them for all their hard work and making my experience such a pleasant one. Any problems I've had with the property (which hasn't been many) have always been dealt with promptly and professionally and never ignored. Any dealing I've had with them either via phone or in person has always been warm and friendly with a personal touch attached so I haven't been left feeling like just a statistic. For these reasons as I have done in the past to others... I recommended them once again! More than happy where I am but if I should have to relocate for any reason Martin & Co will always be my first port of call, many thanks for everything... Daniel.
Thank you Daniel, much appreciate your comments

GoogleWe highly recommend Martin and Co for their local market knowledge, attention to detail and excellent customer service. Purchasing, renting then years later selling our property was a seamless experience, they managed the entire process which enabled us to identify a medium term good investment opportunity, manage the property on our behalf which was completely hassle-free, and then manage the sale of the property which was quick and excellent value. Thank you very much Martin and Co!
Thank You Georgina

GoogleWe had such a good experience with Martin & Co. We'd used a different agency previously, who were a lot more expensive and not as good in terms of customer service. They're so helpful throughout the whole process and everyone in the team is lovely. For any problems or things that needed fixing - they were extremely quick to sort and very accommodating. I always recommend these guys to people in Cheltenham - wouldn't go anywhere else!
Thanks for your kind words Tess
