We specialise in the buying, selling and letting of properties in and around the town of Cheltenham and have been providing advice, guidance and support to our valued customers since 2004 Since opening in Cheltenham we have worked hard to build a market leading business based on recommendations from landlords, tenants and vendors. We are a family-run agency with a town centre presence - our office is located on Rodney Road just a two minute walk from Cheltenham's busy high street. Local business owner David Lynall and his committed team continue to be the agent of choice in the Cheltenham area. All of our properties are offered a Matterport 3D virtual tour at no extra cost which enhances the customer experience and raises the bar high when it comes to the marketing of your property. The firm prides itself on tailored and responsible tenant choice as well as careful and cost effective property management. In 2015, we branched into Estate Agency and now have a thriving and successful sales department led by seasoned Cheltenham expert Karl Turner. GoogleDavid Pike managed our sale from start to finish, he was polite, professional and his communication was very impressive always responding to calls and texts in a timely manner and most importantly got us a fast sale on our property as our matter was time critical, even got us full asking price. GoogleMartin and Co have been brilliant assisting us with renting our new place. Rose was lovely and did not rush us during the viewing. My Mum has not been well and she was so considerate when we called them a week later to say we would like the property . The first thing she asked her was how she was. Moira was very quick and efficient in getting the paperwork required to us and confirming receipt of payment. Aiden took us through signing the tenancy agreement and was happy to answer any last minute questions we had at the time. John was incredibly helpful during the check in. He pointed out the standard things we needed to know - water shut off, gas shut off etc but he also helped us plug in the fridge freezer and sort the oven as the applicances and sockets were new. I cannot recommend Martin and Co in Cheltenham enough they have made the process so much easier and straightforward for us and have gone above and beyond excellent service.

GoogleDave was really good and keeping in touch with me and kept me updated throughout the sales process. They were happy to chase up my buyer when things went a little quite so moved the process on to achieve a speedy sale. Each step of the process was well explained and at no point did I feel that Martin & Co were not doing all they could to ensure the sale.

GoogleI cannot recommend highly enough. From the first enquiry I made, every interaction has been professional, personalised and helpful. Rose helped make a very difficult situation so much easier. When I had to find a home to rent on a tight deadline she was proactive and knowledgable and went out of her way to reassure and help me. When moving into the property, Caitlin showed me round and walked me through the paperwork with a friendly professionalism and has been quick to respond to any queries I have had since. I would absolutely recommend Martin & Co. as a letting agent and would want to find a property managed by them if moving in the future.

GoogleMartin and Co have been fabulous through out the several years that me and my sister have rented! Always speedy at fixing any issues and ensuring we don’t go without! Boiler had a bit of a melt down this morning and Jon was so great and came out and fixed the problem at 6pm even though I didn’t call until 5pm! Thank you again!
