GoogleWhen we recently had to sell a property for an elderly relative we didn’t know the Cheltenham area ourselves at all and so we approached several estate agents in the area. Nick Chivers from Knight Frank came out to meet us at the house and struck us immediately as being someone we could trust with the sale of the property. He was very knowledgeable and professional but also very approachable. We have been delighted with the service which we have received from Nick and all his team in Cheltenham. They have all been extremely professional in their handling of the sale from start to finish. They have always been at the end of the phone and been available to answer any queries that we had. The marketing material was first class and we felt they were superior to the other estate agents’ printed details that we were shown. There were several viewings at the property and the lady from Knight Frank accompanying the prospective purchasers was extremely knowledgeable about the property, and showed it off to its maximum potential. A buyer was found extremely quickly and the asking price achieved. The actual sale completed without a hitch and the whole process has been a very painless experience. We have no hesitation in recommending Knight Frank in Cheltenham as an exceptional firm of Estate Agents. Well done Nick and the team. Keep up the good work.

Very unsure about this company bought a new build from them paid deposit last NOVEMBER after being told on the day that the houses were at roof level and be ready to move into in June. We are now one year later and still no house, surely the seller of the house should be able to tell the buyers when it should be completed. Had I known I would be a year waiting I never would have purchased the house.

He is very professional, responsive and efficient in advising on my tax queries . This is particularly important for overseas home owners as we are not familiar with UK tax systems .
