GoogleRegargarding Astrojet5 My 87 year old mother is the landlord of the property mentioned .This man owes £2000 of unpaid rent and then he has the audacity to demand his deposit back whilst harassing my mother with phone calls all day demanding his money.Kim at HMT has been very patient dealing with these people and has always given them 24 hours notice when letting delivery people in to install there white goods. I would highly recommend HMT as they are very polite and professional.

GooglePoor experience as a prospective tenant. First viewing was a no show. By the boss of all people. Called him and it went to voicemail, thankfully he did return it but if I'm honest I wasn't exactly convinced by the reasons given. I'll put it down to an I forgot. That's fine though, I know mistakes can be made especially during these difficult times so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and agreed to a later viewing. Unfortunately, both flats at Irving House had clear signs of mold/damp. When queried I was patronized and asked whether I did science back at school. I'll say no more, judge for yourself.

GoogleThe staff are really nice, you do a mini questionnaire via email so the landlord has a complete picture. I don't normally enjoy talking to estate agents but for the few times I've spoken with them, I've been impressed with how they talk to tenants.
