GoogleI rented through Errington Smith a couple of years ago. They are fantastic. Friendly, helpful and professional both on moving in, and on leaving. I wish I was renting my next property from them. As an additional point, I have a pet and Errington Smith is one of the few agencies that did not charge a fortune for 'pet deposit ' for which I was extremely grateful. Highly recommended.
