GoogleI have recently exchanged on my parent’s vacant property marketed through Charles Lear. Having been involved in a number of property purchases previously, I was particularly struck by the team’s impressive attitude to securing the right buyer and the right price as opposed to looking for the quickest sale. It was clear from the outset they had a good rapport with a number of buyers indicated by the level of interest in the property as soon as it went to market. As this sale was done remotely, I was heavily reliant on the agents during the process to facilitate access to the house and make arrangements in my absence. This help was given willingly and efficiently, nothing was ever too much trouble. I would definitely go straight back to Charles Lear if in the Cheltenham market again. GoogleCompletion happened yesterday on the sale/purchase of my old home in Leckhampton. This is barely 2 months after the renter moved out. Incredible. YellShocking and appalling service
This has been the most diabolical experience ever.Like before I am at a loss for words.They are unprofessional, do not respond to emails and instructions and have complete disregard to the keys of your property.Add to that , I am disgusted to write about the prejudice about race that I have experienced.An email 4 days after requesting keys to be handed over and no acknowledgement about request for return of keys either demonstrated their lackadaisical and unprofessional attitude.
