I am sorry for you experience with Andrews.We became aware of challenges with some customers experience and addressed these as quickly as we could with our conveyancing partner.These issues were exacerbated by a peak of demand in conveyancing during 2022, compounded by behaviour changes during and after Covid lockdowns. However with bank details, we do not hold these for security reasons. I understand since contacting us via our Live Chat service, your issues have now been resolved and your holding deposit returned following your unsuccessful application.
