As first-time buyers, the whole process felt quite overwhelming at first, but he made everything so much easier to understand and guided us every step of the way. Simon worked incredibly hard to find us the cheapest mortgage deal available, taking the time to explain all our options clearly and making sure we were comfortable with every decision. What really stood out was how he went above and beyond, not only securing us a great mortgage but also helping us arrange a more affordable solicitor, which saved us even more money. Simon professionalism, knowledge, and dedication were outstanding throughout. He was always responsive, patient, and genuinely cared about getting us the best outcome. Garry was absolutely brilliant! This was my first time purchasing a property on my own, and I didn’t know where to start or what to do. I have had little to do with Andrew’s until a recent family crisis caused me to take over from my seriously ill wife. My wife was unable to communicate so I turned to Andrew’s, with whom she had been dealing for many years, for help during a tenancy changeover. Everyone I contacted was amazingly helpful and understanding but I must express particular gratitude to Hayley Tennet and Laura Bagley for their willingness to go the extra miles whilst I was struggling to deal with what life had delivered. No request or call for help was too much and the consideration and care demonstrated continuously, directly enabled me to continue to function. I will ever be grateful to Andrew’s generally and the ladies in particular.

My viewing was memorable, largely due to the friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable young lady, Shamiya who showed me around. Shamiya happily listened to my moans about how difficult and stressful it has been trying to find a new home, she seemed genuinely caring & empathetic around my current circumstances and seemed really quite happy that I appeared pleased the home seemed really suitable for myself and my son. I feel Shamiya has been an excellent representative for the company, showing her passion and genuine caring nature toward me as a client.I think this young lady will serve this company well and I wish her much luck for her future career...Please give her a pay rise! My wife and I have just purchased our first home thanks to the amazing help from Garry Maisey. Buying our first house would have been stressful enough without having to navigate the minefield that is solicitors, estate agents and mortgage advisor paperwork. Thankfully, Garry made all of this incredibly stress-free and easy and kept us informed every step of the way. Amazing and professional

I really don’t know where to start. Kish was fantastic from the beginning until the end of my selling process.I originally thought his fees were too high but he assured me he would put the work in, to earn the money and I 100% agree that he did and I would’ve actually paid him a lot more. He was worth his weight in gold. Selling a house is stressful enough but Kish and his team went way above and beyond their roles to make it as stress free as possible. I’d never sold a property before so kept asking silly questions and Kish was always more than happy to help explain it all to me (sometimes more than once), until I completely understood. My solicitor pushed back on alot of things and asked me for things that I’d never heard of but Kish helped me work my way through the legal jargon and got me across the line on many occasions. The entire team were super professional and efficient and had great knowledge of the entire process (including the solicitors roles). If Kish ever did take a well deserved day off he would make sure that one of his colleagues were up to date with my case and they would email me to let me know they were on hand ready for anything I needed.In summary, I really can’t express how good Kish and his team were for my selling process. So if you’d like a seamless sale (or buying I’m guessing) then I would highly recommend booking through Kish/Andrew’s!

Andrew's has been our partner in our journey to finally acquire our first home. From the start of the process up to us having our completion date they have been very helpful every step of the way.
