We had a really good experience with Andrews Reigate - dealing with Maria M and Edward B - Maria helped us get set-up and organize a viewing, and Edward showed us around the property, he was very helpful and was able to answer all questions we had about the property - we ended up putting in an offer, which was accepted, therefore thanks to both Maria and Edward, we are moving into a place we both love :)

We recently purchased a new home through Andrews in Streatham, and cant thank them enough for the way they supported us throughout the process. This was not a first time buy for us, so we have dealt with many estate agents in the past, but we can vehemently state that this was the best experience we have ever had. We would like to sincerely thank Elvis first, who listened intently to what we were looking for, and was able to find the perfect home for us right now, which was in fact a home we would not have otherwise looked at. Secondly, we would like to thank Andrew (manager), who in conjunction with Elvis went above and beyond to support us and help us throughout the purchase process. If you are looking for professionalism, thoroughness, and an estate agent who will genuinely make you feel that they have your best interests at heart, then Andrews is the right place for you.We would definitely use them again in the future, and will recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell.

I have been working really hard trying to find a property ro rent for my son & daughter. After finding a 2 bedroom home via Andrews I gave them a call.Spent time talking to the agent & being registered. Was informed on Monday 8th April we could view the property in question on Thursday 11th April at 11:30, however they would have to confirm with the landlord & would send a txt & email as soon it was booked in.My son booked the morning off work to prepare for the viewing. However we never received a txt or email, I then called Andrews twice on Wednesday 10th twice (morning & afternoon), both times getting an answer phone asking me to leave my name, number & reason for calling & someone would call me back. NOT at anytime did we receive a call back or an email, txt for the viewing. Andrews have completely let us down. How disrespectful & unprofessional Andrews have been to us. We have been treated terrible!

My husband and I approached Mukul Mehta Mortgage and Protection Advisor at Kingsbury Office to help as with our first mortgage .We didn't have much experience in property financing also mortgages .Mukul was really good at explaining how the things works also provide really good information and made the process easy to understand .Everything flow smooth and rapid. He answered the telephone also emails every time we contacted him giving as the updates. I have been with Andrews for a number of years and it has to be said at times in previous years the experience when re letting my property hasn’t been great. It started with the servicing of the yearly gas installations. I then reported two other problems to Andrews through Jenine Derbyshire I was amazed how she quickly and efficiently responded to my request. Within two days of reporting an engineer was sent to sort out the problems. I have lived in this house since 2005, I have many occasions waited for over a week to receive a service after reporting, I am glad for this efficient response, shows care for the client, this is professionalism at its best , thanks, Janine . I would also would like to appreciate the mannerisms and professionalism of the engineer from New Heating Ltd ,has been a delight to work with.

We recently invited Andrews to carry out a valuation of our property. Natasha Barnes from the Balham office had been recommend by a few of the parents at my daughters school. From the offset, we were taken back by her professionalism and her attention to detail. She confirmed that she already had buyers wanting to secure a property just like ours, having sold a similar property on the road just behind us. We carried out our due diligence and having had other local agents in we knew Natasha would be the best placed agent for us. She is a passionate individual and seems very well connected within the local community. Natasha has also helped us with our onward move as Andrews have a cluster of offices who all seem to communicate to a high standard. I was kept up to date throughout the whole process and I have always felt that Natasha has guided us and given us the best advice. I cannot recommend Natasha enough, she is a true credit to the business.

Hayley T was brilliant. Nothing too much trouble. Definitely went way and beyond the call of duty. We walked into APG ready to have a moan about the lack of response from one of the APG team following us viewing a property 4 days ago and having heard nothing despite 3 chasers from us. Instead Hayley arranged a 2nd viewing and, as no one else was available, said she would attend herself. Hayley has an excellent "can do" attitude and fully understands the meaning of customer service - a rare creature these days.
