I also like how the team call exactly when they say they will call and don’t forget as I have experienced this quite a lot with other estate agents. I have worked with Marta Brzek, Mike Morris, Ella Light and Sam Harhat to help them with recruitment.We have helped them to find 3 candidates who are joining them and are all very happy to have been successful. The feedback from the candidates is this is a great company to work for, with a caring team who were very polite and courteous throughout the interviewing process. As the recruiter, I felt it was straight forward to get hold of all of the recruiting team, and they have always been proactive to get candidates booked in. From my experience and my candidate's experiences with Andrews Mortgage Services, I would definitely recommend them.

Highly recommendThe 2 individuals I used to sell my flat were great, they proactively chased and mediated where necessary and despite the first possible sale falling through (no fault), they escalated it and put more focus on selling and chasing it through to completion. I honestly would rate them higher than my solicitors for results focus and getting us over the line, they provided good commercial advice when I needed it. Would really recommend for selling a property, it is getting harder and you need a good estate agent. Would really recommend Andrews in Bishopston, Bristol.

Anisa at Andrews has been a great help throughout the process of setting up my tenancy as I moved to start a new job. Despite a few hiccups in viewings (through no fault of her own) she was accommodating and polite, and managed to sort things out. We have used Andrews for over 17 years and while we manage the property ourselves, Ben gave me extremely helpful advice and guidance on current market rental prices and what we could ask our sitting tenants to pay from the next renewal, in accordance with the tenancy agreement terms ie CPI increases. Had the great pleasure of dealing with Matt Plunkett and Nancy Henley at the Reigate branch with the sale of our property in Crawley. Both offered exceptional service throughout our experience, they were professional, proactive and honest which made a stressful time a lot easier. Andrews, Southville - Unbelievably smooth sailing! I want to say a massive thank you to Lisa and Matt at Andrews who were excellent from start to finish! I was very apprehensive when it came to selling as all you hear in the news are stories about sales falling through and house prices plummeting but I spoke to the guys in branch and I knew I was in good hands from the off. I felt that both Lisa and Matt were equally invested in me and weren't just out to sell my house for whatever they could get for it. Every conversation with them was informative and worthwhile and it didn't take them long to get a great buyer in place and I'm delighted to say I was able to complete withing 3 month. We recently dealt with Zena and the team at Andrews in the Sevenoaks Branch who helped us relocate our family to Sevenoaks. The team were professional, polite and most importantly open and honest with us at all times where some other estate agents were not. This move involved a complicated chain which caused us some concern at times although Zena was always there to reassure us and provide the comfort we required.
