GoogleI have used Andrews Lettings for more than 15 years and have now recently sold the property in Cheltenham. Andrews Cheltenham found a range of buyers quickly and I had multiple offers to choose from. The team has been excellent throughout and a pleasure to work with! Would definitely recommend.

Having organised a viewing for a property at 4.45 today and no one has showed and no one answered any calls.Very unfair seeing as I left work early and had to get a bus to and from the property. When’s the viewing was booked there was no left agreed. Very disappointed and unfair

GoogleI would not recommend Andrews to represent you as a landlord. They have shocking communication and refer unreliable workmen. Even with allowances in time periods etc due to covid, their responsiveness and time sensitivity to issues is appalling. If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst experience of my life. False advertisement of property and lies, lies, lies from start to finish!! I can’t stress this enough, please go with another estate agents! I can’t put into words how terrible the service I received from Andrews was. Look at the other reviews on here and AVOID!!!!!
