GoogleExcellent service from a professional team. I received excellent advice on preparing my property for sale. Andrews were also very competitive and not gimmicky like some of the other agents I had considered. They kept me informed about viewings and were very attentive to potential buyers. I refused to accept a "best and final offers" approach as I believe this to be manipulative and immoral. This caused more work for the Andrews team, passing bids to me as they came in, but they handled this very effectively. Also, as there seemed to be inexplicable delays leading up to completion, the Andrews team were keen to contact the buyers to clear obstacles with their solicitors. GoogleThe staff at Andrew's were absolutely brilliant from the start to finish of our house sale. March valued and marketed the property with passion and care. She knew exactly what she was doing and so placed our house in the perfect position to get the best of its value. Karl handled the sale negotiations clearly and with patience, always available to answer the smallest of queries and explain what was happening. Since Andrews Property Group's recent take over & management of The Coop's property in Folkestone & the flat which I am a tenant in, they have been nothing but proactive in listening to my needs regards the upkeep of the property and have, thus far, been the only property management group, we've had 3 thus far over a period of 12 years, to engage professionals to carry out the necessary work within the property. A recent example, damage to the inner wall of the bathroom due to water ingression, which had been reported to successive property management companies over a period of at least 6 years, has been recently fixed and completed in 2 days by diligent and consumate professionals they had comissioned; furthermore, the most recent issue with our main entrance door, where the barrel of the lock had warn out and shattered was replaced in a matter of a day thanks to Andrews Property Group's Senior Property Manager Molly Wachon who arranged for a local locksmith to replace the lock in double quick time & at a convenient time to suit us/me. Thus far, I have nothing but praise & good things to say about Andrews Property Group's property management style - long may their good work continue & long may they listen to their tenats urgent needs...
