GoogleRecently sold my house with Andrews and they were brilliant!! Steve Gerard was helpful, organised and efficient. Beth Gifford did an outstanding job with the viewings and keeping me updated on progress and Bethan supported me through getting all the admin done. All were highly professional and friendly, responding quickly to any questions that I asked. I couldn't of asked for better service. Personally I have dealt with so many letting agencies in the past & Andrews has to be the worst one so far, if I could give 0 stars I would. Everything now is greed & money with andrews & the amount of b.s they feed you is unbelievable! For instance: every year now I have a flat inspection where they measure & take photos of every room & i also have an asbestos inspection ever year. I always ask the question with out fail .... has the flat or the asbestos grown or shrunk within the last year? For some reason they can never give me an answer! Pathetic. Hopefully 1 day Andrews will change or go bust but I think I’m dreaming.

Former employee have asked for a copy of my P45 for weeks and nothing happens. They are useless from head office to the branches themselves. I am glad I have recorded their calls and promises! I didn’t even want to give a star but I had no choice. Instead of replying to my message please just get a copy of my p45, but it can’t be that hard surely for such a successful agent like yourselves??
Thank you for your feedback. We just completed a systems upgrade that affected our ability to process requests for copy documents whilst we continued to issue originals, however we are now clearing any outstanding requests and this will be resolved for you shortly.

Our experience with Andrews has been very positive. Complicated by Covid, we had a difficult end-of-tenancy when we needed to regain our property for our own use. The staff at Andrews, particularly Mike, were extremely helpful in finding us alternative accommodation at very short notice and have been available and supportive throughout. We would not hesitate to use them again.
