From the first meeting, after getting lost to find the property and the estate agent calmly waiting for us and guiding us, only for phone to run of battery and eventually finding the place, and he still there waiting for us turning up 30 minutes late, answering all our questions, the first impression was fantastic. We then met Jill who was equally fantastic given the covid situation, making every effort to make the process smooth and answering all questions patiently. Back in May 2013 I went to view a flat in Chislehurst. It was beautifully refurbished to a very high spec. and I instantly fell in love with the place and the surrounding area. I then met my Landlord Neil Durrant to discuss all the paperwork etc. He was nothing but kindness itself, very approachable, informative and professional in every sense of the word. At times over the past years appliances needed fixing, changing etc. Whenever I called the Company to discuss these matters, I was always met with a welcoming and understanding manner on every aspect, and whatever needed to be fixed was done quickly, efficiently and to a very high standard. I have been very happy with my beautiful accommodation and the excellent service provided by my Landlord and Langford Rae.
