We can’t thank Langford Rae enough for all their support and expertise during the sale of my parents bungalow, especially Nikki and Jill. We requested viewings over one weekend especially as the country was in lockdown so my parents had the minimum disruption of moving out whilst perspective buyers viewed the property. Langford Rae managed this process seamlessly, marketing the property so well that there were over 20 viewings, which resulted in 6 offers (with detailed breakdowns of buyers status, etc) this meant we were able to select the most suitable buyer and a hassle free sale. Most house sales have their ups and downs, but ours was particularly bumpy. Without the guiding hand of Langford Rae we would have been lost for sure. We moved during lockdown and fortunately Langford Rae introduced us to a solicitor that was working full time throughout the pandemic. We had many hurdles to jump before we finally moved and Langford Rae held our hand throughout. Moving is like childbirth, you forget how painful it was last time.
