Fairly easy process using Dexters Chelsea Harbour to let my property, albeit it at 11% less than the target rental amount they said it would achieve.From that moment onwards continual issues have arisen and not been dealt with. They took possession of the keys when the property was vacant and failed to remedy a couple of minor issues prior to the new tenants moving in (as requested), did not completed the mid tenancy check and report as requested for many months, and undertook work on the property without prior approvals, in clear breach of their own contract, racking up a bill of over £1,000. When works did gain approval, it took nearly four weeks for the works to be completed. A lot of the above caused by failing to use the right contact details and simply ignoring emails.
