Hello. This is to say that for three years now Adel Viragh-Zsupan has been our coordinator for the rental of The Mount in Whitchurch and both my husband and I have been extremely pleased with her work. Adel has always been on top of everything, being extremely good at reacting quickly in urgent situations. She is a good listener, always trying to do as much as possible to satisfy us and at the same time being very understanding of the tenants’ points of view. Very Bad Service

Very Bad Service, We rented one of their shop in Plymouth. We rented for 5 years and rent paid quarterly. Lease finish date was 10 December but rent was paid for extra days due to quarterly date system but once lease finish and we empty shop, they refused to pay extra money which was paid. Below is email which she told me before so i can make rent complete and later they will refund but now NO refund and they refused .Good Morning, Your lease is set to terminate on 10th December 2020 Please can you make payment for September quarter invoice, once your lease has expired credits will be raised and the balance will be refunded. Kind RegardsBrad Its really bad thing for such big company

Disgraceful company, in particular Jeremy Lamb and Steven Morrish who dispite both myself and my daughter leaving them telephone messages and emails last week regarding a property we are interested in that failed to sell at the January auction, clearly you couldn't care less and failed to contact us to arrange a viewing.

Excellent Service

We have recently exchanged contracts on a property we are purchasing through Savills in Truro. We dealt with Chris Clifford and Helen Boss who were professional, polite and extremely helpful. Although we were not their clients they were in regular contact with us and kept us up to date throughout the process. In fact we had more contact and help from Savills than our own estate agents who we were paying. We highly recommend Savills and we will certainly be using them ourselves in the future. In these Covid times I was not…

In these Covid times I was not expecting the sale of our property to be an easy experience, especially from 1000 miles away. Adam Smith was not only very professional but went way beyond the call of duty. All our paperwork for the buyer and solicitor was in the flat and he painstakingly went through it all for me. He also organised a very competent firm to organise our goods before removals. And he achieved a good price for the flat. A good man to know!

Claire Reynolds has been in the real estate business for 16 years and loves her job. You can tell - she is extremely good at it and I have never seen her without a big smile. I have been very impressed with her professionalism at every step of selling our family house. At the start of the process we got three different valuations and hers ended up being spot on. She and Savills' PR department worked very hard to present our property in the best possible way - I was very pleased with the listing particulars and our post received over 8,000 likes on Savills instagram account.Claire gave me feedback after every viewing, remained positive and Savills sent regular updates on progress. Claire had a targeted approach - the first viewer through our front door ultimately was our purchaser with her second viewer just as keen but, due to Covid, slightly behind in timing.So many prospective purchaser’s now have buying agents. Claire and her expertise weights the odds in your favour. She also worked to protect us from the inevitable static that can arise in the period between a successful offer and exchange as a result of the purchaser’s surveyor, architect, buyer’s agent and solicitor all trying to get the very best for their client. She is commercially minded and drives the deal forward with an iron fist in a velvet glove. Claire is very supportive and every interaction I have ever had with her ends by her saying “ Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to help”. Her recommendations of two conveyancing solicitors (ours had retired to Malta) and a removals firm were all excellent.It goes without saying I cannot recommend Claire highly enough - and will be doing so to all my friends.

We have dealt with Chris for the past 10 years for both buying and selling. He is extremely knowledgeable, great to work with and contactable round the clock, which for us has been important given we are often overseas. The last sale Chris dealt with for us was not an easy sale due to legal complications but with sound advice from Chris we were able to reach a successful conclusion with both ourselves and the buyers being extremely satisfied with the outcome and sale.

We selected Savills to sell our home last year which they did within a few days. Unfortunately owing to a combination of circumstances we had to postpone the sale which was reestablished earlier this year again within a few days with contracts being exchanged in around six weeks.The combination of a very strong brand and highly motivated knowledgeable staff in Stamford is a winning combination and we wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. NEED INVESTIGATING. If you do wish to deal with Savilles then a word of advice: be armed with Environmental Health and Safety contacts before hand! (You'll need it) Not even 1 star. This company is run by greedy little men. Zero diplomatic skills for solving issues. More concerned about getting bodge builders in to do cheap unsafe work on houses that are unfit for staying in. They do not care for children's safety. They only care about ripping landlords and tenants off for money. In our case Savilles were caught out LYING to the landlord and subsequently got found out when Environmental Health and Safety got involved. Worst company in the UK.
