Horrendous experience with these people. Not helpful in the slightest and refuse to help my elderly parents-in-law. DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY. M* is especially rude. Marion (apologies about the spelling if it's wrong!) is the only helpful person there. AVOID .

Marion, Martin and Jackie at Northwood have provided us with very good management service for several years now. We have had no vacant periods other than a few days in the transition between tenants and they are always very helpful if an issue does arise. Thanks
