We have worked with Northwood team Chelmsford for several years and always found the team efficient and reliable for our residential letting. New owner Zaman has proved to be as dedicated and hard working as previous owner Martin. We took a gamble for them to rent one of our commercial properties and it paid off, well marketed, always on hand for help and advice and found us the right client within a matter of weeks . Friendly , accessible, enthusiastic and reliable team , definitely recommend .

Honestly never thought I’d be writing a (positive) review for an estate agent, but Zaman and the team have changed all of our perceptions of how great and valuable a good estate agent can be. From the moment we met, Zaman was straight into action, going well above what was needed or expected to sell our house. We sold within 7 days at full asking price and have no doubt that this was in a large part down to Northwood’s work. They made a stressful process feel completely smooth, were great communicators and are worth their weight in gold - genuine game-changing service from any experience we’ve had in the past.

Can't recommend Northwood enough. Jackie was my point of contact and from the first day showing me what has now become my property, she and the rest of the team have been nothing but helpful, forthcoming and so prompt when answering any of my queries. This was the 4th stab at buying a place, and I can genuinely say I havent received a similar service from any other agent, throughout the whole process of buying my flat. I really liked my estate agent, Brian king. He knew and I knew, I was going through a section 21. My partner is abusive, my landlord knows that ...... The thing that really doesn't sit right with me. Brian king said it would not happen until at least February. I got the Bailiffs letter this morning. Brian called me in Wednesday, never said. Word. I feel let down, betrayed. Let alone, no oven for 6 weeks. No hot water to the kitchen and toilet. I'm disappointed and betrayed

We have always received very good service by the whole team, but in particular Ms Jackie Ellis, who has always been very very prompt in answering our e mails and queries. Since the new owners took over, there has been a massive improvement. They have overhauled the rental process and increased our rental income. Communication with them is much better and they have gone over and beyond when dealing with us. Would not recommend before the take over but would now the new owners are In place.
