I viewed a property on Monday and by Friday she had sorted all paperwork etc even though there were many obstacles along the way. GoogleVery bad customer service 2 weeks been progress. They said it will take 48 hours. I called two times the lady said I will check it and than call you but nobody called. Finally I sent email cancel application. Still no answer but someone read the email because I have seen flat on market again.
