GoogleI’ve been seeing apartment with this agency for over three weeks, driving four hours every Saturday to view apartments, but I’m extremely disappointed with their lack of consideration for tenants. Despite the time and effort I’m putting in, there’s been minimal cooperation and no extra effort to accommodate my needs. I understand agencies primarily serve landlords, but this one has shown a lack of basic courtesy or support. It’s been a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for genuine assistance in finding a home.

Thank you for your response, but I wanted to clarify that we always attended property viewings on time and were never late. Our feedback is not about the viewing schedule; it’s about the overall lack of cooperation and understanding of our situation as tenants.
We had hoped for more support and flexibility, given the time and distance involved in search. I wanted to provide this honest feedback to ensure it’s clear where our concerns lie.

This agency strives and endeavors to provide the very best customer service.
It would appear file notes outline a different view to your own in terms of how events unfolded.
Following your communication with our agency, a viewing was arranged for you to view one of our rental properties. The property is currently tenanted, and designated viewing times were agreed with them for applicants to view on Saturday. When you arrived at the property approximately 30 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, our agency representative had left the property to make their way to another property, and the current tenant was therefore unwilling to provide further access. Notification of you running behind, may have given the opportunity to extend the viewing time with the resident.
As we are sure you can understand, appointments are set with specific times and therefore delays do cause an ongoing effect to other viewers pre-booked in our diary.

GoogleSelling a flat is not an easy task these days with some lenders, wrongly, declining mortgages with out safety certificates but Matthew was brilliant from day one through to sale, regular updates and courtesy calls with support when needed. McCartney must be the go to estate agents for Chelmsford and surrounding areas. Not even close to thinking about moving again but if I do I’ll call Matt.

We arrived in Chelmsford, with great expectations of living here. We made several dates, and when he played with McCartney, the difference was noticeable. At first, a nice Joseph, with whom we signed the contract, was careful to make us understand the details of the house, of the contract. Time has passed, and then it was Lisa, Adrian and currently Jacob, super diligent, attentive people, trying to solve any problem that has arisen as quickly as possible. When you go to the office, even for a short time, the attention is very good. I also noted that the owners of the house have also remained very friendly. Communication is excellent, understanding that we are all busy, so there is always an answer.
I recommended them to other potential tenants, who had been looking for a house for months and they have found them a house, very quickly.
Two days ago, there was an electrical detail in my son's room, and yesterday the electrician was already solving it, and I repeat, the people who work for this company are excellent!
I will continue to recommend you 100 percent!
