It seems to take a lot of effort to get a receipt for payment to my subscription. I could not find a place to access it through my account online as the admin. I had to rely on someone getting back to me, which they still have not, per my request for a receipt. I received the confirmation that payment will be processed, but I needed a receipt showing the payment went through.

D&B Not ValidD&B poses as having "accurate" information on companies, but so few companies report to them that they deceive their listings. For example my company purchases $3M of materials annually, but our highest listed credit line is shown as several thousands of dollars. They show in some cases payments as being slow, when they are not. Sometimes with a dispute they will drop it but there have been times when we need to continue to dispute to push more information. In my opinion, they provide impartial information about companies that is misleading in an effort to try to get you to purchase their services so you can "upload" your payment history to them instead of them collecting it.

This company approached me to do some work for them as a freelancer. I quickly realized they are scammers due to the amount they want to pay for your services. As a data captures I know how to deal with scammers. Don't work for anyone without a written agreement. Horrible people!

They created my company profile in their platform without my concern. When I tried to contact with them asking them why they did so without my concern- they asked me to verify my personal profile. While I was trying to verify my personal profile with Selife and my driving license- It says an error asking me to try again at a later time. When tried to verify my identity at a later time; it didnt let me verify and the error remain the same. So I shared the screenshot of my issue. They did not resolved the issue and closed my case and I cannot create another case. This is really a bad experience and I did not expected this from a 200-year old company.

I have been attempting to deal with D&B for years and every time I reach out, I get slapped in the face (figuratively). The employees are extremely unhelpful and only try to sell their services. Some of the information on my company was incorrect, but would they fix what they obviously got wrong? NO! Today I got sick of receiving stupid emails from them saying my company's credit rating changed, but when I tried to Unsubscribe, nothing happened. Now I have to call. I filled out the form completely, but the button to complete the form didn't work. I tried 3 times. I HATE THIS COMPANY. .

Absolutely shocking and a waste of money. Incorrect contact names, incorrect contact numbers. Email addresses of people who left the business a number of years ago. Don't waste your money would happily have given this company 0 stars. Far better data sourcing companies about. Oh and they want me to sit and record every bit of information that is incorrect in order for me to claim a refund. I am trying to run a business, don't have time to-do your job for you. I was sold nice clean up to date data

Stay as far away from this company as you can.Once you sign up to their services, even if you requested a one of service you will be put on a rolling contract unless you cancel in a very specific way with specific wordings to a specific email address.Even if you never use their service again you will get continuously billed!!!!We asked for a one off European and one off international report in 2022 which rolled onto 2023. They do not reply to your emails to query invoices instead they send your details to debt collectors.The worst company to deal with.

I got a random msg from this guy "patrickalison9" through fiverr inbox. he said " Are you available for EDITINGIf you're available ask homedesks.hr(@)gmail.com for details and requirements. (Your full name and country should be stated in the mail)... " I'm in desprite need of money so I thought maybe it's a good start to try something new. I email'd them and they replied. I was a bit confused first when they said typing images bcuz I asked them for a video editor pos. THEY REPLIED THIS TO MY FIRST MAIL: >>>====================================="Hi, I'm Martin Skeens, I'm a Customer Service & Support consultant at Dun&Bradstreet and I welcome you on behalf of the management, Hopefully, your skills would be a great addition to the team...The job available is about typing images into word documents. We'll send you some images and we expect you to retype the content of these images into word documents without any additions or omissions and convert them to pdf before submitting. I've attached some samples of the images Open the link to watch the demo video for more understanding and let me know if you're able to handle this. "====================================== I thought it would be much more easier to type data and get paid. I continued our conversation. They gave me a PDF file to read so I red it and I got convinced at first. Luckily I am not that braindead, I googled about this company and did some research until I end up reading reviews on Trustpilot. I am truely greatful to all those people who has written honest review about theses filthy scammers. You guys saved another poor boy from getting scammed. They had my name and address up there without me having an account, or having signed up with them at all. I changed my name last year, and THAT new name was on the same page. The link between the 2 names cannot have been sourced anywhere but the Latitude breach through the stolen birth certificate / change of name certificate. No online accounts linked the names. I have to change my name again as my stalkers know my new name now. When I wrote they told me it would take 28 days.I told them it was stolen data and it came down in a few hours. I found the page by searching my old name ( a check I do, for my safety) and it came up on page 1 of the search with both names. I'm still in shock about it. They told me they can't delete my data as it belongs to my local branch - who claim no affiliation. Hmmm. They are hard to contact so here is the address if anyone needs it: ukcs atsgin dnb.com

My small business is a sole proprietor consultancy offering services, not products. Therefore, I have very little overhead and work with very few vendors, none of whom regularly report to D&B. Since I also don’t take out any loans, I have very little information on my D&B credit report, resulting in a "poor" rating in their system. My personal credit score is over 800 and my business has never been late on a bill or owed anyone anything, yet D&B is telling potential customers that I have a “poor" credit rating. When I asked how to fix this issue during a 5/15/23 phone call, D&B told me the only way to do so was to pay them over $800 for their Credit Builder program. I replied that it sounded like blackmail, as though they were going to damage my business with false claims unless I paid them large amounts of money. The representative essentially agreed with me and said there was no way to get rid of my DUNS number unless I closed the business. This is outrageous to me and I’m surprised other small business owners aren’t up in arms about it. Why are they allowed to lie about a businesses credit unless the owner pays? Isn't that illegal?

Absolutely worthless for a small business. Not only did they take my money to enroll, they have no correct data on my business at all. 7 years in and I believe they show one account received to my company of a few hundred dollars years ago. Despite turning on average 30k per month for a two man operation. When I ask why they are disparaging me with a poor credit rating, (based on their own incompetence) they tell me I would need to subscribe to their nonsense in order to fix it. If you haven't subscribed, and you are a small business, don't. It's worse than useless.

Trust me this is a real scam to me....I am a freelancer searching for a job and they contact me in telegram and requested me to pay the fees which is refundable during my payment...They give an article to translate in my local language...After I complete my task of 100 pages ........where 1 page = $38,During my payment they asked me $130 as a levy tax with no any sense....I offered them to deduct $130 from my payment then they just deny.....then after I understand that this is totally fake and I just stop replying to their team because I was sure that they are gonna make same types of excusesAgain & again just to scam the person like us .... So, if you are offered a job by this company then please never pay for any thing they say to you and also don't submit the full project because they may ask for some amount to get your own payment ....#**THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE BANNED 🚫**please read this before joining their team and never trust their any staff.......I would have rate this company in negative star(-5) if possible 😡😡🚫

Disgusting SCAM!They appear high up on google search for my business and listed basically all the wrong info about everything. They are using my personal address, some random person as the main contact (I'm not even listed as a contact) and I had no idea who D+B even were... I tried getting my business removed completely but they wouldn't do it. So, I at least tried to get it corrected and it has been a total nightmare! I never gave them info or permission to list my business and I'm furious. I have people getting confused contacting me because its listed as being in an entirely different state! I wish I had some tip or trick for someone else going through the same issue but I'm still trying to fix this mess! The ONLY thing I can tell you is be prepared for War and DO NOT give them any money!!

What a nightmare to deal with this company. They either scrape or manually enter ever single business that registers an EIN. They misspelled my address. They added a random URL for my company. And Apple developers have rejected my application because THEIR info doesn't match the REAL info. I NEVER GAVE THEM DUNS ANY INFO EVER!And now, when I am trying to correct it -I have talked and told many employees through email and phone to correct the info - I am stuck in a "verify" loop. I am stuck uploading bank statements. I am stuck uploading Articles, EIN statements, bank statements, websites. I have given the right info to managers, to people who answer the phone, on the phone, on the email...AND they have the nerve to say "what is your reference" or "case number" ... like just update the info to the right info. THEM, "Let me pull up your website... I see your contact info. Sorry - we have to have our managers change it..."Me, "I have now given YOU, YOUR manager on the phone and through email... and you still haven't updated that info..."UPDATE: The lady from DUNS called me back (after we were disconnected). This is the 4th person to say "it will take up to 30 days" just to get a response NOT to correct the info that they setup without my knowledge, without my permission.Meanwhile, I have an application from Apple setting on pause because Apple verifies biz info using DUNS. So we can't launch (what we built for the past 8 months) because of DUNS scraped or entered the wrong info. Make it make sense...UPDATE: I finally got approved from Duns to manage my profile and correct the info. You would think this would be a simple edit and correct the info. WRONG. They literally open up a case for THEIR employee to correct it. SO let's walk through what we have done so far in 17 days...1. Applied for Apple...2. Apple finally contacts me back saying that my Duns info doesn't match.3. I contact Duns... they set me up an account.4. They require 3 forms of ID (data harvesting) to get approved to manage your profile.5. They mispelled my company name and added a random domain name for my company. Without my knowledge.6. They leave off the office suite number and leave the website URL.7. I open another case. They correct the suite number and misspell my company URL.8. I open another case. They misspell my company URL again.9. I open another case. Now waiting.The next message says it will take up to 45 days to fix this misspelling.They have misspelled and gone around and around so many time, I feel like I'm being punked by Ashton. What a nightmare!!!UPDATE: I now have 5 case numbers of their employees trying to update my URL for my company's website. That means I have tried FIVE times to correct the spelling of my company's website and ALL five times in a row - it was misspelled. Make it make sense...UPDATE: I finally explained this to a very cool employee. The sixth time - he said just email me the URL so I can copy and paste it. I did that. He pasted it. It's over. We did it, Duns. We did it. INSANITY!Did I mention it was just my company name in the URL (one word)?

DnB is a complete scam. They hold your company hostage by allowing other companies to slam you anonymously so you can't even research the validity of the claims. They scammed me out of 4300.00 for a concierge service that I can't access because the DnB Authentication process is non working. When asking DnB to help with Authentication process they tell you straight up they can't or will help resolve that issue.They are corrupt and fraudulent.
