GoogleBranch manager was extremely rude and aggressive towards me. Started screaming at me into front of the other members of the branch. The other employees just stood there, watched and did nothing. I understand it might be busy and stressful but don't take it out on potential customers. Imagine if you were buying a home and you walked into an estate agent and the manager started yelling at you?! Completely unprofessional. I cant even step foot in Chelmsford any more! - without remembering this nightmare.

GoogleWe received a call regarding a property we had previously viewed from a very proactive Muktari, asking if we would like to view the recently renovated property again as it was about to go back on the market. We went that day and met Natasha who was very well informed and helpful regarding the property. We put an offer in and after a bit of negotiation and a further viewing, referencing was all done and dusted within 3 days. Thanks to the team at Haart for a very quick turnaround - we move in in 3 weeks time!

GoogleThanks so much to Haart for every thing they did with our sale and also with our purchase. It was a very complicated sale and James from Haart did every thing he could to help it run as smooth as possible. It was very stressful at times but James always kept calm and resolved every thing in such a quick professional manner.
