GoogleI just wanted to highlight the thoroughly professional and excellent service provided throughout the tenancy itself on the property management side. When you have no contact with the landlord because they opt to have the agent manage the property you have to rely on the agent being both responsive and professional and thankfully we had their Senior Property Manager, Toni Halliday, working with us. Immediate responses, no problem too small thankfully, or too big and even when going on holidays, cover was both organised and details of the covers contact always provided. Couldn’t fault Toni or her support throughout the tenancy and at the end of the contract. Thank you

I call them to look at a property they have for sale. 9 times I have called them now and 9 times I have been told someone will call me back and still know one has bothered. I ever went in there to be told I would be called and still nothing. Very unprofessional and they must not want the business. Won't be calling them agen...

GoogleI recently sold my property using haart, and the service was fantastic. I did try and use a couple of other estate agents before using haart, however once the haart tried to sell my property, the service flawless. Kept me updated all throughout the process, sold my property in time for the stamp duty holiday and got me a great selling price as well. Leah Downes also helped me out especially well during the completion stage. It can be very stressful dealing with solictors near the end, however Leah helped me loads, and I have no doubt the sale wouldnt have been completed so quickly, without Leah's help.
