GoogleMismanaged and chaotic viewing of property. We were given a time slot for viewing. When we turned up at the property, we were asked to wait for 5 minutes. After 15 minutes when the previous viewer left, just when we were about to get in…shocking event…a couple who walked in front of us were greeted and taken in (WHAT?) Yes. While waiting(again) 2 families turned up who had viewings after us obviously. We allowed them to view with us as it’s already so chaotic anyway. This viewing has left us with a bad experience which we have never experienced. We never hope to either. Will think twice if it is with HAART for sure.

GoogleAvoid these guys at all costs. Sales team will tell you everything you want to hear, to then move in and get a complete different story. Moved into an uncleaned property which turned out to be in pretty bad disrepair (was quickly rushed around the one viewing we had, so didn’t get a chance to have a good look around) Reported a list of 15 plus faults the day after we moved in, weeks and weeks passed before anything was done about anything, even nearly 4 months on there is still an extensive list. Haart blames landlord, so it does appear that Haart are simply a rent transfer service rather than property management service. Landlord now refuses any decoration, even though we are left with the previous tenants fixing holes in the walls and poor making good, multiple large holes in the ceiling following a leak which hasn’t been, nor will be repaired. Any request to make improvements, at my own cost is outright refused after weeks and weeks of waiting for an answer. Totally gut wrenching to be treated like this and just left with it. Haart have no interest in tenants, good or bad, just the rent they receive. Don’t bother trying to call the Lettings team, you won’t get through, call sales and you’ll be connected before the phone even rings, funny that. Do yourselves a favour, steer well clear of this company. I didn’t choose Haart, I chose the house we felt we wanted, oh what a mistake.

We have been in regular contact since you moved into the property and I have even been out to visit you so we could discuss the outstanding maintenance and I could get an updated property visit report to pass onto your landlord. I am unable to control what your landlord does and does not given authorisation to go ahead with but as I have advised I will continue to chase for the outstanding works to be carried out at the property for you.
