GoogleI wanted to share the experience I have had with Sophie Stallman. We contacted Haart for our very first rental in the UK and were dealing with the Haart team however when a team member went on training we were passed on to Sophie who was extremely efficient with her communication and kept us in the loop all the way and ensure prompt responses. GoogleMe and my partner decided to rent out our studio flat in December and we approached couple of agencies to help us with that. Sophie from Haart Agency left really great impression, she was well prepared for our first meeting and she explained everything clearly and in depth thats why we decided to carry on with her and it was a great decision. She found us a tenant in very short period. She was easy to communicate with and she was also very quick to answer our calls or emails. GoogleI’d like to thank James Knight at Haart Chelmsford for the brilliant customer service he has provided throughout the sale of my flat. The sale started off well but due to services being interrupted by impacts of the coronavirus pandemic, things slowed down at Haart and with my solicitors. As soon as James was back from furlough leave he was straight onto my case and coordinating once more between solicitors and the wider chain. It is only thanks to him that my sale is finally completing this week, after numerous issues with solicitors. THANK YOU, JAMES!

GoogleThey’ve become nuisance callers. After putting in for a valuation request and telling them I had gone with another group, they’ve continued to call me. Initially this was daily with follow up texts, this has reduced to weekly but it is such a nuisance. As a result, I can’t recommend them and would actively avoid them going forward.
We are upset to hear that we have felt the need to leave a one star review. We are a proactive agent but do not wish to nuisance any client with our services.
