As first time landlords we were nervous about finding the right tenant, but Michelle listened to our concerns and requirements and vetted all applicants carefully before talking to us about their suitability. Michelle was also very knowledgable about all aspects regarding letting a property and always on hand for any questions we had. Bond continues to manage the property for us.
