Hi Jack,Having read your recent review, I am naturally concerned and disappointed with the comments made within. Following an appraisal of your file and subsequent conversations with the individuals concerned, I note you lost the property you were purchasing, earlier this year through no fault of your own. File notes are added in real time and cannot be changed. I am aware my colleagues were in regular contact during the first few weeks of the property sale. However, communication fell down leading up to when the seller withdraw their property, before all the legal work had been completed. I am sorry you were not updated appropriately when we were advised by the seller. We spend a lot of time training and developing our people and I thank you for bringing this to my attention so that we can address. Communication is key and a vital part of any transaction. I can appreciate your disappointment, losing out on this particular property and wish you good luck with your continued property search.
