Following a detailed appraisal of your file and subsequent conversations with our Branch Manager, I am assured your sale is being dealt with. Whilst we do appreciate there was a lapse initially with communication due to high call volumes, this is now in hand and your transaction is being progressed. With house sales currently taking an average of four months to go through, it is unlikely you will meet the stamp duty deadline, regardless of any delay thus far.
