GoogleWe are completing on Friday and I can't believe its here!! I just wanted to say thank you to Allannah & Brad especially, but not forgetting the rest of the Balgores team. When I chose an estate agent, I needed someone who could understand me and what we wanted and also someone that could put up with my endless questions. You were exactly that! There was no question too silly, no text or email too much & I just felt like you were completely on our side. You pushed your hardest for us to sell our property and your communication was second to none. I chose Balgores because I believe they are the most up to date agency I found & they know what they are doing. I want to thank you so much for being there every step of the way and pushing our sale. I am so glad I chose Balgores and Allannah as our Estate Agent.

I was initially impressed by Lewis knocking on the door and telling me about the company which led us to a meeting with Ben. GoogleTwo things make Spoke stand out for us. Firstly the support- Abel has been like an extension to our team and is always available to troubleshoot, support or encourage. Secondly, the results. Being able to see exactly how campaigns are performing, make adjustments and get a high-performing ad-campaign launched in just a few minutes makes it an absolute no-brainer for us. Mike has gone above and beyond in helping secure the right tenant for my property, given my initial worries on letting the property. He takes great care and pride in his work, shows enthusiasm, has the right attitude and has an abundance of knowledge. An experience I find extremely rare in the market today. During marketing, Mike ensured I was kept up to date at all times. His feedback and advice has been extremely reassuring and faultless - an agent who is passionate in his field and deserves the recongnition. I have every faith that Balgores and team will take great care of my property from a letting perspective, trust is a must these days, especially if you’re the unlucky few like myself who have been through awful experiences with sales agents!
