GoogleAll started well. I sent a the information Allison requested. Was advised a section 8 would be sent out. Struggled to get Allsion on the phone as it was not sent. Was then advised we could roll with the section 21 that I had already issued myself. After that I called 3 times over a week and left messages with no reply whatsoever. I then sent a text message asking for her to reply to me with again no reply. I then got somebody else to call Allison's number and she picked up straight away showing I was being completely ignored. A horrible way to treat somebody who is already going through the stress of a bad tenant. The delays have cost me a lot of money. I would never recommend this company. Be very careful of a company that can only be contacted through a mobile. Lesson learned.

Thank you for your review. We apologise for not providing you with a high level of service. We have certainly never intentionally ignored you, however your comments have led us to review our communications as we have an auto response on missed calls where a text message is sent but these have only been on unknown mobile numbers so we have now changed this with immediate effect. We have reviewed your case and there has clearly been a misunderstanding as we were waiting for confirmation regarding a surrender but we failed to follow this up and again I apologise. I will make direct contact to see if we can resolve matters for you. Thank you again for your comments.
