A huge thank you to the team at Balgores South Woodham. They helped us sell and move house. From start to finish they were fantastic. Every stage and every member of the team I dealt with was first class. Paul with putting our house on the market and helping us in search for our new house, Tom with his help with viewings, communications and offers and Marie who progressed the whole sale. Without Marie’s help I’m not sure we would of made the deadline and I’m sure we would still be waiting for an exchange. Fantastic service from a professional team

Having previously had a bad experience selling a house I was very nervous. Daniel, from Balgores Basildon, very reassuring and the sales team were fantastic. Buying a property during the pandemic has been a long, challenging and frustrating process. Very happy with the service in particular Allanah Buckroyd from Balgores Chelmsford.We had previously sold our property with another agent but our buyer pulled out close to exchange which would mean we would have to pull out from our onward purchase. Thanks to Lucy Franklin our mortgage broker who helped us on our way to getting all the necessary paperwork we needed to get started. She was very friendly and professional and easy to work with and welcomed every inquiry we had and there was no silly question. We were then met by Balgores property consultant Josh Finch who was extremely helpful in helping us organise our viewings. He has been honest, trustworthy and ensured he has been available to us even out of office hours.
