Great service…

From the start Peter and his team were just great. Pete clearly has a lot of knowledge and experience in the industry and gave us all possible scenarios for our mortgage needs. Providing the most appropriate advice for our case. We found a property at very short notice and needed Pete to secure a mortgage in principle quite quickly but he managed to do this with ease. When this expired due to how long the process was taking Pete quickly extended this for us. I built a really good relationship with him along the way too. And would seek advice for other financial matters. Pete even helped to secure our buildings insurance. Nothing was too much hassle. Claire was also great in assisting with ensuring everything was moving along smoothly and would follow up with solicitors as required. Thank you so much for all your help to secure our dream property.

We recently sold our house with Balgores Basildon. Nyall headed up the sale of our house and was brilliant very friendly, fair, knowledgeable and nothing too much trouble. Our house sold within days thanks to Josh hunt who found the perfect buyer us. The star of the show had to be Sarah Oakley Who progressed and completed our case. She is was proactive and kept in communication at all times with us. Noting ever too much trouble and we feel like she went above and beyond for us. Donna Hickey was so so helpful in the purchase of our house we have had a few complications and I don’t think I could of got though it with out her. Balgores were amazing! If I ever buy a house again I know what estate agents I will be using!! (although I never plan to move again) They kept us sane throughout the whole buying process, they were constantly chasing solicitors for us on the buyers and sellers side. They went above and beyond to keep us informed in every way. I think in the end we were in contact with the whole office! Everyone was very accommodating, even through the difficult phone calls (seller putting the house back on the market). Clive and Paul knew how much we wanted our house and did everything to help us get it. My hat has to go off to Marie though who emailed us every day and kept us in the loop, the professionalism and excellent communication skills from her helped make the process that little less stressful! Lastly Amy and Tom were always happy to pass on messages and email me over any answers to my questions with the little details about the house. What an outatanding office. Thank you Balgores.

I sold my property with these and I really couldn’t of wished for any better. I dealt with Donna hickey and Richard and they was both so professional and everything we could of hoped for. Sale was slow at start but Billy at Balgores was persistent, continued to change things up and drive up interest, very knowledgeable of local market and also ensured only genuine buyers was shown round. Thank you to Jay and Team,In a period of absolute chaos for buyers, Jay has been absolutely brilliant. Buying is a stressful process as it is, especially when you have 101 other buyers making ridiculous offers, when it starts to feel impossible, Jay stepped in and really helped. There was that sense of value as a buyer, which in some cases can feel some what lost in these crazy times. He's very honest and says it as it is. This is great because you know you can rely and trust what he's saying. What's great more than anything is his availability, If I've ever had any questions he's always quick to respond and question is always answered and resolved promptly. I am not the kind of person who writes review but had to do this one for Jay @ Hornchurch and Donna. They both have been amazing. Jay was always there to help and this house purchase would have fallen through without the help of Donna. She is an excellent progress chaser. She kept me informed all throughout the process and went the extra mile to get things done. I have used other high street agent and no comes even close to the service provided by Both Jay and Donna. A massive thank you to Chris Wilkinson who is the area manager for Balgores Mortgages. I was a bit sceptical of using Balgores in house broker service, but I am so glad I listened to them. Chris has been absolutely amazing from start to finish; incredibly professional, clearly knows what he's doing and talking about! He was very calm, approachable,accecable and reassuring. He was incredibly transparent about everything. Ticked all the boxes you'd want in a broker. He was also able to get me considerably more on my mortgage!The whole process felt swift and stress free. We had an absolute nightmare of a time trying to sell our house for various reasons outside of our control (and Balgores' control for that matter)- land registry problems, an unprofessional solicitor on the other side, etc. etc. 2 sales fell through and the one that did finally go through took almost 6 months. I honestly think if we had had any other estate agents we would have simply given up. They didn't lose patience with us or our house and kept on going, getting us a decent price in the end.Kellee is an absolute professional- viewings were always lined up quickly and the communication was super. From the start Kellee was professional and very keen to sell our property.Her valuation was the same as another few estate agents, apart from one who severely undervalued. We used Balgores (Hornchurch) because Kellee shone through. Absolutely delighted that we chose to go with Joe at Balgores on the sale of our property.
