I liaised with Donna during my property purchase. Donna was amazing and exactly the type of person you need when purchasing a property. She was always professional, approachable and if I emailed any query to Donna, I would receive a reply straight away or within 24hrs. Donna would always take time to ensure my solicitor and I had all the information we required and if we didn’t, she would ensure that we received this information. Throughout this whole process I trusted Donna to do what she said she would do, and she never disappointed me. I also liaised with Donna’s colleague Such, on a few occasions, who was also very professional and kind. I would always use the Balgores Group if I ever need to sell a property in the future and I would not hesitate to recommend this Estate agent to family or friends.

I purchased my home through Balgores properties and all the staff have been great and very supportive throughout my journey, each and every member of staff have been so helpful and polite right from the beginning till the day of move. My viewing was with Chloe who was very polite and professionally helpful, was so excited when Billy called me that my offer was through because getting a good house at a good price isn’t exactly easy. They go an extra mile and help you with advice and recommendations because it’s not just buying and selling a home it’s a big change in your life. Donna has been so helpful and updating me with the progress It was very stressful for me on the day of move but Donna was just a phone call away. A big Thank you to all team at Balgores

We purchased our home though Balgores, when doing this they introduced us to their Mortgage brokers, the team there was very helpful and ensure we secured the best deal, fast forward 2 years and remortage time. With the current climate the help secure a extremely good deal before the interest rate rises exploded. From the time we started that to today when the remortgage completed Claire and team have been on top of everything, chasing the law firms and confirming the whole process completed without any issue. Would recommend them to everyone.

Unfortunately decided to use this firm regarding a property sale. Initially the individual that did the valuation and convinced me to sign on with them was easily accessible,Joe. Then after a while when I stopped receiving any viewings at all I tried on numerous occasions to get in contact with him but he just completely ignored my calls and messages. The Brentwood branch are really low on staffing which I only discovered when physically going to the office. In the future I'll do more research regarding what agents are the best in my local area because it definitely isn't Balgores and Joe completely lacks good customer service. The commission they charge as well is not competitive.

He was always available to answer questions and provide support where some elements of the process got challenging. 5* serviceDealing with Donna and her team made a difficult move much better. Being in a precarious chain, Donna had her hand on the tiller at all times and liaised with all parties efficiently and effectively, ensuring that progress was made at all times. If ever people wonder why you pay an estate agent, this in my view is where you get your monies worth. Knowing that having someone deal with what I would consider as a disaster is Donna's typical Tuesday is just the reassurance I needed.

I can't fault anyone on the team as they were all incredibly helpful with any queries I wouldthrow at themn. Not only that but the mortgage advisors Michael Gibbon and Mackensie Walkers were incredible and I would highly recommend using them as not only were we underestimating how much money we could borrow but we were able to calculate all the expenses which would come from this move and designate the necessary finances.

As a fist time buyer, purchase your first house is not always the easiest. Although I want to say thank you to Claire, Donna and Peter (mortgage advisor that I would absolutely recommend) for their kindness and their help in this successful project. They always been available for anything we need, it was really good service. Probably we wouldn’t have got our first house in just 4 months without them!!

GoogleI used the Mortgage Advice Bureau to get my mortgage. Michael is excellent and really knows his stuff and has excellent interpersonal skills. I always felt comfortable, informed and fully aware of the situation. Mackensie is a great part of the team as well, demonstrating excellent communication skills to keep us up to date and made sure the whole process went smoothly without any hiccups. I would 100% recommend to atleast have a chat with Michael, and I'm sure you'll stick with him.

She has been absolutely incredible through the journey of buying my house.Buying a house can be one of the most stressful things one does in their life but if you have someone like Donna it helps incredibly. She truly is an asset to the team and Balgores are very lucky to have her. I know that she did everything in her power to get our house across the line. She's incredibly lovely to speak, compassionate, incredibly patient and supportive! The amount of endless, stressed out phone calls I have made to her and she has always been able to provide reassurance and comfort along with answers as quick as possible! I cannot thank her enough for everything she has done. I actually do think the purchase of my house would have fallen through if it wasn't for her resilience to find a solution.Thank you Donna, you are an absolute star!

Completed today on a house purchase and really pleased with the service received from Kellee and Donna from the Hornchurch branch. Kellee was really efficient and responsive from the outset from arranging the viewings to putting forward my offer. She was great at keeping me posted throughout the entire process and always quick to respond. This was even the case after she moved branches. Donna was also great in progressing the sale and was super responsive too. Moving house is definitely stressful and not everyone is so good at keeping all involved updated and progressing things as quickly as possible, so thanks a lot Kellee and Donna!

I wanted to share my recent experience with Balgores, Dagenham . I am a prospective buyer and have personal mortgage advisor . I made an offer with valid AIP (Agreement in Principle from Bank) + source of funds, They forced me to see thier own mortgage advisor irrespective citing that it is thier norm to ask all the buyer to go through thier mortgae advisor for financial verification . I asked to send their policy document relating to this but never recieved reply . Also they confirmed that offer has been forwarded but the seller confimed that they did not inform them when i went for 2nd viewing. I have dealt with other high street Estate Agents and nobody have asked to see thier mortgage advisior if i declined to . May i suggest 1. Please dont force prospective buyers to see your mortgae advisor if they dont want to and have Valid AIP + source of funds document 2. If it is your policy make it more transparent by mentioning in the Brochure whilst advertising a property .

Chelmsford branch. I’m astonished by the lack of moral, ethical and professional conduct on display at Balgores. It’s like dealing with children, which is quite difficult when you’re accustomed to working in a professional, regulated industry. Viewing no. 1. We make an offer on behalf of a relative who is chain and mortgage free. We hear nothing back for weeks, despite asking for feedback. Nothing. The property is now presumably sold.Viewing no. 2. My wife, a senior doctor I add, is told that the agent can only organise 4 viewings due to workload. What a joke. The concerning aspect here, is that Balgores will sell your house before you’ve had the chance to receive bids from entire opportunity set. There is clearly no best execution policy here - more of policy of laziness and slack conduct. Jeez. I’d love to see one of these fools working alongside me in an investment bank. They wouldn’t last a day. Do not market your house with Balgores.

5 stars for Sarah at Balgores, Basildon. She took over our case half way through after it was passed over to her. From the moment that happened, Sarah has informed us every step of the way. I recently let a property with Balgores lettings Upminster. Chris Ping visited the property early in the afternoon and was most helpful. Within a couple of hours Chris had put the house on Rightmove. By 5pm that same day Reece Woodhall was showing the property to prospective tenants and within twenty four hours from Chris initial visit to the property Reece had secured a tenant. The entire process was made very easy by Reece, a very likeable professional competent and knowledgeable young man, who kept me informed throughout every step of the process, nothing was too much trouble for him. The tenant moved into the property two weeks after it was first marketed. The service that I received was excellent.
