GoogleWe recently purchased a flat to rent and got an offer from a tenant just before Christmas, but also wanted to move in on 30 Dec. It seemed this timeframe would be pretty difficult to achieve given holidays but Louise did an excellent job and was available by text/email throughout the holidays (even when officially not working) to move things along. So far our experience with Goodfellows has been 5* and couldn't ask for anything more.

GoogleWe have dealt with both the sales and letting departments of Goodfellows in Cheam and we do not have a bad word to say.
From the start of our property search with Lucy from sales, she helped us through a really difficult situation and did everything possible for us to by the property we wanted.
After, and on completion Hayley from the letting team took over and let our property with in a matter of days. Hayley and Hannah found a tenant that wanted to move in straight away and the whole team worked tremendous hard to make sure everything was in place and ready within 24 hours.
We couldn’t recommend Goodfellows in Cheam highly enough and will certainly be using them again!

GoogleIn my experience, Goodfellows are completely different to all other estate agents I have dealt with; they actually care about the industry and their clients. They are genuinely motivated to help find a property. Stefan Rojas in the Cheam branch is fantastic! He is a lovely and bubbly character and certainly goes the extra mile to help out. He is extremely dedicated and a real credit to Goodfellows. He kept us regularly updated with new properties or price reductions on the market and has an excellent knowledge of the local area. Once we had found our dream home, he was constantly available and helpful throughout the purchase; again giving us regular updates and fighting our corner at every obstacle until completion. I would fully recommend Goodfellows, Cheam for any house purchase or sale and they will be our first call should we decide to move in future. A genuine 5 Star service!
