GoogleThe staff team is working very closely and very supportive. I was very impressed and pleased about the way they conducted the letting process. They were all polite and respectful. They were able to find the tenants within a week. Amazing work. I have no hesitation to recommend Goodfellows at Cheam branch.

GoogleAbsolutely amazing! We put our house on the market and it sold instantly! Great news for us, as we had found our dream house in Devon. The process started off ok and then we hit a few problems. Sabrina Rosenow looked into these for us and she was truly wonderful. She chased everyone in the chain constantly and kept us fully updated. She went over and above the level of service you would expect, even keeping in touch on her days off. At one point we thought the whole chain was going to collapse, but within 2 days Sabrina worked a miracle and we were able to exchange. Everyone at Goodfellows was really helpful and supportive, at a time that was really stressful. If it was not for Sabrina, we would not be starting our life in the countryside in our dream home. GoogleAfter a negative experience with another estate agents in the area, we contacted Goodfellows. From the moment we met Stefan, we knew he was the man for the job! He took his time with us, and wasn’t pushy in the slightest. He certainly isn’t like some other agents I’ve met. I would recommended Goodfellows to all of my friends and family and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a positive experience at a time when it can be quite (very!) stressful. Stefan and Sabrina are the ultimate dream team. They’re professional, friendly and really care about their clients; rare characteristics to find with many working in the industry. You can really tell they are passionate about what they do, and it shows with the many other positive reviews that have been written about them.

GoogleThe worst service I have ever recieved. I have had so many problems with Goodfellows I could write an essay. This was particularly with the Agent Louise who claimed after wanting a second viewing she stated ‘ I am doing this out of the kindness of my heart’. When we got to the viewing Louise could not find the keys and did not even bother to ask the landlord or go back to the office to get them. She was very rude and very unprofessional.
